Absolute trash. You don’t get what you agreed to and when they mess up the owner doesn’t make right on the mess up. Very low on moral fiber + quality.

Great place. Placed a Halloween order snd they had it made by the next day. Staff very helpful and friendly. They made a mistake and overcharged me unbeknownst to me and called me and told me. Honest. Highest rating from me.

I called and asked about a shirt I wanted to have made. I emailed the woman on the phone the photos and design I wanted to use, and she told me it could be done, and then never followed up again. I asked for a draft of the shirt design and I never received an email reply. It was supposed to be a gift. They lost my business.

Let me just say, my business was not the easiest to work with. We knew we wanted to rebrand and design new shirts for our team but we just couldn't pull it together when it came on settling on a final design. We changed it so many times I lost count. It took months of back and forth but Lori was phenomenal. She was so patient, kind and understanding and she really made sure we got what we wanted. She is very responsive to emails and calls to confirm changes. Ampersand really provided us with the best price (and experience) for what we wanted and we are so happy to support a local business. I will absolutely be using them in the future. THANK YOU!

Was hoping to find a local graphic company to build a relationship with for future continuous work with the company I work for. Very unprofessional and horrible communication skills from the whole team. Was told the wrong price on a big order. Paid a hefty rush fee, was sent several wrong invoices, paid a shipping fee and the finished product was not delivered on time. So much for a rush order!
