“We purchased a traeger grill on Sunday, May 26th. We came home and seasoned the grill according to the instructions provided. Monday, Memorial Day we are excited to fire up the grill and to our disappointment, the grill will not turn on. I called Home Depot and was told that an employee by the name of John would be calling us back. In less than 20 minutes, John calls us back and is on the phone with my husband. John then asks for our address and tells us he will come to our house to take a look at the grill. Who does this? Especially on a holiday weekend? John came and after numerous attempts, the grill will not turn on. He said he would go back to Home Depot to get some other tools. Within approx 25 minutes, John comes back and the grill is still not working. John goes back to Home Depot, brings an assistant with a brand new grill and takes the old grill back. My husband and I could not believe that somebody would go so above and beyond. Did I mention it was a holiday? Wow! Thanks John - you truly blew us away! Barb and Jim Casto”
