Melody was my customer service rep at the AT&T store in Stuart Florida. She was exceptional as I had an emergency situation with my Phone. I rely on my phone for three different businesses so I was very thankful for her patience.

I came into the store after being at two other stores that couldn’t help me. It was a last ditch effort for me to correct the issues with my phone before I gave up with it. I was greeted by Matt the store manager who was very professional and knowledgeable. He sat me down and fixed the issue I was having in less than 15 minutes. I sincerely appreciate the effort that he put into helping me when no other store could. From now on I will only visit this store to assist me. All of these other stores need more employees like him. Very happy customer

Was greeted by Malcom, who believe it or not remembered assisting us before; we had great service then. Malcom is knowledgeable, professional, and went to work immediately on the changes to our plan, provided us with great plan suggestions to choose from. Ask for Malcom he will guide you and provide you with great customer service.

I came into this store with an elderly neighbor because his phone got stuck on a strange setting and I couldn't help him. We walked into the store and, n addition to having to wait, we finally were "helped", and I use that term, loosely, by a woman named Mel who just quickly looked at the phone and said it couldn't be fixed and that we should head up to Best Buy and the geek squad, so I stopped another young gentleman that worked there by the name of Malcolm Hodges and he fixed what was wrong in approximately 10 seconds. Good customer service is very hard to come by as evidenced in the store however, Malcom Hodges restored my faith. The woman named Mel should Find another way to make a living.
