Somehow my car keys ended up missing while I was in the hospital. I'll tell you in advace losing the keys to an Audi is a nightmare.. only Audi can make you a new key and the whole adventure is going to be more than 1200$. The guys in service took care of me every step and even got me a loner car for the week it will take to get a new key. They took care of me like we were famiy. Keep in mind that they has no obligation to do anything for me.. Ill buy my next car there because I want a team on my side if ever something like that happens again
Every person I dealt with cared about me, and made sure I got the best treatment I could get.
Andy Mechmet, Brian Bormann, Ethan Kearney, Caitlien made sure my call was routed to the right people. Im home waiting on a new key- but no worries... the service department took care of me and Ive got a nice new loaner car until my car is ready.
I even got a free fishing lesson and how to properly stow my fishing pole with hook in the Q5.... fast and easy. Really you get from these guys something you cant buy.. people who care about you.

PART 1. On Tuesday morning, I arrived at work at 6:30 am, and was unable to to turn my key to turn off my car. I tried to turn the key for a good twenty minutes. I finally decided my ignition switch and lock cylinder was shot and needed to be replaced. I couldn't leave my car running with 1/4 of a tank of gas. I decided I needed to drive to the closest Audi dealer, Stuart Audi Service. I stopped at home to change shoes. My husband went out to see if he could give the key a try, and broke it off in the ignition. I arrived at the Stuart Audi Service Area on Thursday morning the 12th of December at 10:12 am. I was told that a mandatory fee for a diagnostic test of $350.00 was needed along with a drivers license, and proof of insurance. I was issued a courtesy loaner car, and was told I would be contacted with the diagnostic results and the cost of these repairs. The $350.00 was only partially put towards the repairs if I chose to have Audi Service do the repair work. After 2 days had gone by I tried calling to see what was up. I had realized by this time that I was going to be in big trouble with Audi's total. I researched the cost of an ignition switch/ lock cylinder part cost, and average labor costs for this repair. I also know nobody else charges $350.00 for a diagnostic test. My phone calls were answered with messages suggesting a text message would be responded to quicker. 5 days later, today Tuesday around 1 pm, I received a missed call and a text message with the cost of the repair $2,150. Plus the $350.00. And or will I be wanting the car towed off their property. During the 5 days I had waited for response from anyone, I had sent them a text message expressing to them that I had limited funds, and may have to pick the car up. After being aware of the total, I informed a service person again through text messaging, that I approved by my boss to leave work early (3:30pm) and would be there with AAA to pick the car up. With the heavy traffic from Midway Road and US1 to Stuart, I arrived at Audi at 4:55 pm., right before closing. They knew I was coming at 2:00 pm. They took the keys I returned for the courtesy loaner car. I received my fab and the broken key from the ignition and a receipt for $350 + (1/4 tank of gas for loaner). AAA was there waiting outside. I kept asking where is my car. Where should the tow truck driver go to hook up my car. I got no answers. I asked again, and was told to speak to the service employee outside. They basically pointed out an approximate area of the parking lot to look in. Why wasn't my car up in the front of service ready to be towed? Instead my car was 4 rows behind the building with cars parked every so often for security reasons. Pieces of the steering columns

Always friendly and quick service but they run out of loaners fast so this time I had to wait to get picked up from the rental company, go to rent the car and wait for cars to be available. Rental car was terrible and smelled like cigarettes so I had to go back to dealership to wait for a loaner. I would try to go on their slowest days and ask to reserve a loaner.

Had my S6 serviced, and Ethan, our service advisor, was great. There was a recall, which I was unaware of, and he had it fixed plus an oil change. Everything was very efficient, including the app to set up the appointment and review the findings from the technician.

Stephan was fantastic in the service center. I was accepted at my appointment time and out as fast as possible. The quote was accurate to payment. Stephan added a coupon to my service, which was unexpected. The coffee station was above and beyond at 8am. I highly recommend this Audi service location.

I had 2 tires installed, and they damaged my wheel locks and couldn't change the flat tire. I had to have the car towed to them to have the locks removed and a new tire installed. The loaner car they gave me was filthy inside with potato chip crumbs all over the interior.

I was getting new tires for my Audi RS3 so I called to see what size tires were correct. Online everywhere it says the 235/35 go in the front and 255/30 go in the back, however the tire place and a european car place I take my car to said they are opposite. I called Audi to confirm which tire size goes on the front and which goes on the back to which they told me "I don't know. I can't look that up" WHAT?? You mean to tell me I bought a $65k car and you can't tell me anything about it's specs?! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.

Awesome dealership but terrible service dept. Service advisor Patty was great but the last advisor I had was not good at all. She refused to respond to my last query about my service issues. I was there for a routine maintenance and asked for only one additional thing - to have my tires checked before embarking on a long drive from Florida to Tennessee. After service and on my drive home from the dealership, my tire pressure warning light came on and I found that two of my tires were low. Obviously they were not checked at all. I wrote to the dealership thru their online comments page and requested a returned contact. Nothing ever came from that. Later, I received an email from someone letting me know that I would be receiving an emailed survey about my experience and I let them know that I was very unhappy. I never received a call, email or text from anyone there and the survey never came to me. I do not recommend this service dept. and will not return. I plan on driving to a further-away dealership in the future for my needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Our 2023 Audi Q5 had a major instrumental panel malfunction while driving across the state for a vacation. We arrived at the dealership on a Wednesday afternoon unannounced to the Service department. Andy Golkin, a service advisor, worked to immediately determine the problem and informed us that Service was very busy but he would get our car in to service in the day or so to diagnose the problem. We told him we needed it back by Tuesday of the following week so we could get back home. The Service Technicians Andrew and Paul teamed to determine the problem, get a part ordered and install by the Tuesday when we needed the car back to drive home. Andy communicated the status to us on a Saturday night and his team member Brittany kept us informed on Monday. We were so impressed with the client service, friendliness and effort to make things happen to have our car ready by Tuesday. This service department is OUTSTANDING! Thank you!Service: Electrical repair

I had an amazing experience, by far the best car experience I've ever had, with Sales associate Michael Payne. He was attentive to what I asked for & very patient with me, making the entire process extremely smooth. His professionalism & friendly demeanor kept me at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend him for any future purchases.

I guess I'm the outlier here with my 1-Star, so you be the judge. After creating a build online for an e-tron SUV, I was contacted by someone from their dealership...thinking I was interested in a car. Either Audi has a horrible communication system in place with their dealers, or this guy is clueless (I'm going with this one). I referenced my build sheet to explain what I was looking for and was told they had one with my colors and options in stock. An appointment was immediately made to meet with Kirk the Sales Manager, so "everything would be ready when I got there." When I got there, nothing was "ready", Kirk wasn't available, and they didn't have the SUV in stock. Instead I was handed off to a salesman that was a throwback to a Pontiac dealership in the 80s. He didn't know the maintenance requirements of the e-tron, other than, "It doesn't need an oil change" (pure genius). Then he couldn't tell me where the nearest charging station was, and never once mentioned a "value proposition" for buying from Audi Stuart. How about things like..."If you're in the area you can stop in and get a free car wash, or hook up to a charger, or grab a cup of coffee, etc." In other words, zero salesmanship and next to zero product knowledge, while trying to sell me an $80,000 SUV. I got rid of my BMW and Porsche, because I was tired of driving to West Palm for service, with the hope of purchasing my first Audi from "the local dealer". Looks like I'll continue driving to West Palm, where you get a high-end experience when purchasing a high-end vehicle.
