I was getting new tires for my Audi RS3 so I called to see what size tires were correct. Online everywhere it says the 235/35 go in the front and 255/30 go in the back, however the tire place and a european car place I take my car to said they are opposite. I called Audi to confirm which tire size goes on the front and which goes on the back to which they told me "I don't know. I can't look that up" WHAT?? You mean to tell me I bought a $65k car and you can't tell me anything about it's specs?! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.

I’m late on my review but, absolute 5 stars for Michael and Shelly. I was an out of state buyer flying across the country for a Lexus that they had in stock. They were very helpful and communicative with the whole purchasing process and went above and beyond to hide the car for me so, nobody would swoop it up while I was en route to the dealership. As soon as I got there, I was greeted with all the paperwork ready to go and they even took care of registering and getting license plates in my home state. I was in and out in 15 minutes and the car was an absolute blast to drive back home. Big thank you to Audi Stuart for helping me attain my dream car and for making everything go very smoothly. Highly recommend buying from them even as an out of state buyer.

I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years and the Stuart Audi dealership has proven to be one of the best.I am on my 2nd Audi purchase from them and have yet to have a complaint regarding sales, service, parts or management, all eager to help and satisfy in a friendly manner.

Audi of Stuart was the dealership we purchased our Q5.from. The entire staff was amazing. Especially our sales person Debra Newman. she was so easy to work with, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We had an amazing experience at this dealership. Also, the finance manager, Shelly.Kull made the whole transaction with the paperwork very easy and explained everything. I have been to other dealerships that tried to push warranties or things you don’t want on you they do not do that. Overall experience was awesome. I would highly recommend them.

The entire team at this dealership is top notch! Bryan took great care of us making sure we had the exact vehicle we were looking for even though it had to come from Louisiana!! The finance and management team got us in and out quickly. The service team including our advisor, Andy, is a pleasure to work with. Do not hesitate to purchase from them. Car shopping can be challenging.. but not with Audi Stuart. Today, we leased our fourth Audi, and we definitely had the best experience ever, hands down. First and foremost, they were transparent, allowing you to talk numbers before we ever arrived at the dealership. Second, we worked with sales rep Bryan Bormann. Bryan was absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgeable and patient. We never felt any types of that sales pressure you can experience at car dealerships. He went above and beyond in every facet of the deal. The manager, Florin Nista, was great in expeditiously moving things along. Shellie Kull, our finance manager, closed the deal with everything promised with a smooth signing and a professional smile. If you are in the market for an Audi, do not look elsewhere. Call Bryan at Audi Stuart.

We bought a new Q5 from Audi of Stuart and we absolutely love the car and the dealership was great from beginning to end. We went in to look at a few used cars they had and Victor was a great help in guiding us through what they had in stock. He also went over a new one that was in the showroom and even though it is not his department, he was very informative. We went back the next day to actually drive that new Q5 that was in the showroom. When we arrived to test drive the car, Bryan was our salesperson and he was wonderful. He was patient, educated and very friendly when going over the car and its details. The overall experience was 5 stars!

I had an outstanding experience working with Zach at the Audi dealership! Despite living 3 hours away, Zach made the entire car-buying process a breeze through text, email, and phone calls. He was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered. Not only did he provide me with detailed pictures and videos of the car, but he also made sure I felt confident in my decision. Based on the other reviews, we were expecting to have a great experience at this dealership. This couldn’t be further from the truth.This was not our first Audi purchase. Other dealerships have treated us wonderfully. This dealership does not respect your time nor your money, and they don’t care what your experience is like as long as they make their sale. We drove 4 hours round trip to make our purchase, which the staff here knew, and they still couldn’t do the bare minimum to ensure we had a pleasant buying experience. Extremely disappointed and won’t be returning here no matter how appealing the pricing is. I’d rather pay extra to go somewhere else.

The great reviews had me drive 2 hrs each direction to pick up my SUV. However, my experience was far from great... Sales staff - great - from follow ups to subtle nudges via text and of course deposit, so no one can take the car... I travel a lot, so I had very little time to spend at the dealership. I trusted their professionalism and honesty. Mistake. On my test drive - check engine light came on. I was assured that it was because of the recent oil change. Another oil change. I spotted two paint streaks on the front hood - I was told they all came like that... The ad advertised a sunroof - none was present. I was told they use the same ad... I was given 1 key because the other key was in a box and the manager who had the key to that box was sick. Needless to say I never saw that other key. I drove my car back home - check engine light came back on - called the dealership - was told it will turn off once the oil settles. Tried to open the trunk - the knob was broken. The steering wheel was not centered. I advised them of that - oh, no worries - just come back - we'll fix it. My job is to travel. I don't have a whole day to drive down to south Florida. Anyway, before I bought the vehicle - they all followed up with me... Now when I have an issue - nobody's followed up. It's been a year. It's a 2020 SUV. Where is your impeccable customer service? One star for your sales staff. Zero star for after sales and issues service.

So I called to make an appointment for a regular oil change (nothing fancy, non of this crazy stuff they push) I got a quote for around $210.00.Well I signed up for it when I bought an Audi, no problem. What ticked me off was the tire rotation $130.00 lolWhat's wrong with those people.This particular dealer makes me not want to buy another Audi

I've bought quite a few new vehicles in my life, but never have I been treated as well as from the staff at Audi Stuart. They took care of all details. Nothing fell through the cracks. They went above and beyond all of my expectations. I highly recommend doing business with Audi Stuart!
