They have a great staff here. They are so gentle with the dogs. My dog is afraid of everyone, just about, and even though she doesn't want to go, they can get her to go with them. They are great at following up with any health problems.

I’m surprised about the amount of 5 star probably fake reviews. All I’m going to say is if you love and care about your fur babies stay far from here. I’ve been at banfields from California to Florida and have never had my dog taking into a room and me left outside. Days later my baby started growing weird warts and tumors after 12 years of having none. Not sure what they did because I just went for rabie shots. I normally go into the room with my dog. This time and the only time is when they made me wait by the cash register while they did who knows what. Definitely wasn’t happy with that, now my dog has weird growths. This place should be shut down immediately if they are infecting dogs with viruses so they can make more money. There’s other Banfields and other vets. Avoid this place when it comes to Vet services. Everything else about the store is great. The Vets, idk so much.

When I first took my puppy there the system went down I could not get any receipts or anything that was done to my dog that day. I then make an appointment to come back in 3 weeks they cancelled my appointment because the computer system is down again and did not rescheduled my appointment.

The staff and the doctor are amazing. The rooms are clean and I like taking my pets there.

I’ve always had a great experience, taking our Gabby to Banifield. The staff is excellent and helpful. The vet always lets us know the details on how Gabby’s doing or if she needs any other issues to be taken care of.

We love Dr. Massman and team at Banfield Pet Hospital in Jensen Beach Florida. They are loving and caring about our dogs. If I ever have a question I know I can call. They are excellent.

This is not a good place to bring your beloved pets. They are very deceptive, my dog was bit by another dog and they talked me into take out an insurance policy. I was told I could cancel anytime, long story short it paid nothing and they tried to say I signed a contract. The representative s get paid to sell the insurance. They do not care about your pet, just your money. DO NOT USE!
