My dog’s grooming appointment was horrible. And I went to Jensen/Stuart location bc the St Lucie West location sucked. This was by far no better. My dog came out with blow dried poodle blow out and nails still sharp. I even asked the rep before we left and she stated she did what she could bc my dog would not sit still. I get it but NO, we always come from groomer properly groomed. Let’s just note, it takes a skilled person to groom any dog, it’s totally a gift and everyone is not fit. Would not recommend 10/10.

Hello Everyone,I want to start this off by saying if your pet is sick or acting out of the normal please take them to another veterinary clinic. Our dog’s name was Zoey. She was a Border Collie mix and she was having some nose bleeding issues and a growth on her forehead “continued to grow”. I mentioned these issues to the vet and she was first prescribed doxycycline for this issue. They said the growth was just a cosmetic issue and the vet said “Its nothing to worry about”. Unfortunately within a six month period from the first visit she passed away. The issue never went away and she got more sick in the upcoming months. She contracted a bad UTI infection and she was running a 106.5 temp and we took her immediately to the them. They kept her all day and put her on fluids and an injectable antibiotic. She was feeling great when we picked her up. After further investigation we noticed they prescribed her doxycycline once again which was a different antibiotic than they gave her as an injectable. As some time passed about 20 days of being on doxycycline she had another episode of her temp being 106 so we took her back in and they said her UTI was still present and they sent her home with zeniquin “a higher strength antibiotic”. They had her on rimydal, doxycycline and zeniquin and her symptoms never got better. I paid almost $3,000.00 in tests and treatments to come home and find blood on the floor from her nose and our Zoey was laying dead on the floor. I have never in my entire life have dealt with such malpractice. This makes me so sick I am currently consulting with a lawyer on what options I have. Please if you have a pet please please please get a second opinion on the diagnosis because it seems to me that even if you tell these people your concerns it is completely irrelevant. My family is so devastated it’s disgusting. Also during our second visit they convinced us to upgrade our pet plan because testing expenses would be cheaper “bloodwork and x-ray” and when we went to pay they said the total was $600 more than what they quoted me and we asked for a itemized list and then the receptionist said it was because my fiancé approved testing over the phone so I called her right in front of the receptionist and my fiancé said she did not approve any extra tests so the receptionist went to the back and finally after about 20min of waiting she came back with the correct number and she said “Thank you so much for catching that, the items were entered in before your plan was upgraded”. These people don’t care about your pets at all they only care about money. I hate to post graphic pictures of my pet but this is the result of Banfield’s “Treatment” this is how I found her when she passed away and some of the pictures of her is before she passed away showing her growth on her head and the swollen section of her gum area. Please use my post to protect your loved ones because this has truly ruined my trust in vets. We trusted these vets and I wish I could go back in time and take Zoey to a clinic that would have actually help her.

11 years I've taken my Miko here and I highly recommend them. In 11 year's I can honestly say I've not had a bad experience with the vetenary care.

I am so thankful for the staff at the Jensen Beach location,, especially Lori. She always, always goes up and beyond to make sure my pups are taken care of. The vets were amazing with one of my dogs who is scared to death to go there. They were kind and patient. When I had questions few days later, Lori again ALWAYS, finds out the answer, calls me back if needed, AND always has my stuff ready if needed to be picked up. I'm so grateful for the service that i receive there.

Took my dog to get a rabie shot, they took him into the room without me there now my dog has tumors growing all over him after seeing this location. I hope you all suffer the same thing you've done to my dog.

Never go back to the worst place Bad service, they don't explain anything to you, first they tell you an amount that you have to pay, then they call you and tell you another price and when you bring your dog they tell you another price and they don't give you receipts? I'm not coming back they didn't do anything to my dog his ear is infected and they were supposed to help him they only recommended medicine and they charged me $225 and when I went to bring it back they wanted to charge $450?

I have pet medical insurance through Banfield for my dog & they're great doctors as far as I have seen. I've only been there twice so far, and the dogs & cat are all doing great. It's also a relatively comfortable place with respect to dogs because it's a huge pet store, with some seating while you wait, but you can also enjoy shopping for your pet needs. The best part is that the waits have been very short compared to other vets I've visited in PSL, which is good for cat owners. Of course, cats don't like to be in a large open space with a bunch of dogs running around, so short waits are excellent for them. I would recommend this veterinarian, and if you have any pets with chronic health problems, I also recommend their insurance.

We came to Banfield after a local Vet treated our dog like a "number." That was 12 years ago, and two more dogs later. This staff is phenomenal, caring, personable, and treats our dogs like their own to the point they went above and beyond for that dreaded "decision" with the first dog. I don't envy these folks developing wonderful relationships and having to eventually reach the rainbow bridge talk - I couldn't do it. Thank you for treating my girl so good, she lived a beautiful long life, and thank you for the future continued effort on my boys.
