Who doesn't do in-person banking? This girl.Who just started? Also this girl.There is usually a line when I go in, but their associate support is wonderful and it makes sense that they take the time they need for each customer.I'm glad that this branch is convenient and their customer service takes the sting out of weaning off digital-only banking.Traffic and getting into/out of the parking lot can be a little bananas, but parking is plentiful and branch is on first floor.

This great big building of Bank of America only has one ATM outside that doesn't work but wait I would go to another ATM no Bank of America took those out to I guess it's time to change Banks

If I could put 0 stars I would. I love my bank but this bank in specific doesn’t want to work. The people are rude. They are no help. Half of them have no idea what they’re doing, the managers are ignorant. Go to the Bank of America down the street

Would give this branch a score of 0, if that were possible. There are closed more often than open, they do not provide customers any advance notice of sporadic open hours, and arranging for an appointment to meet a representative at the branch is cumbersome and time consuming. Just awful service. Feels like they are holding my Safe Deposit Box hostage. Never experienced anything this bad with any bank, ever. Not much better at other B of A branches I have visited recently. Bank of America really needs to up their game.

Granted that the pandemic is the cause of a lot of loss in customer service. In the case of Bank of America their degradation to the present atrocious level is horrible. Immediately after walking in, not one employee made eye contact (bank officers located near the door included), more like averted eyes to avoid work. After waiting in line the bank teller flatly said she could not help me and sent me to another waiting area....I’m not sure how long I’ll be here but I figured I’d write a review as I am already dissatisfied by the service. I recommend driving a few extra miles where the other Boa financial center has a much better review rating. Good luck!

I wish I could give no stars. I get better service in McDonalds than bank of America in stuart. I have to drive out of town to another bank of America just to get reasonable service. It's amazing how I stand by and see how "certain" people get treated in the B.O.A. in stuart but then again it's that way in this place.

I have been a Bank of America customer for over 10 years and yes I have absolutely had had some bad financial experiences but since then I have a lot to be grateful Bank of America company since they have become More helpful and there are more tools for everyone to use to help save money for any financial upcoming especially the application is amazing

No more drive thru tellers at this location, now you have to go inside and wait in long lines, tellers are very slow
