We just stayed in the Oceania property. Everything was fantastic. The house was ready for us and well equipped. This is our second time staying with BHIP and we are extremely satisfied with our stays! Thank you Al & team!

Cannot say enough about our stay at Aquarius North - Deserves more than 5 stars. The house was completely stocked with everything you need and more. We arrived to complimentary baskets with sunscreen, snacks, a beach towel and individual travel size toiletries. There was a multitude of paper towels and toilet paper, and spare batteries if needed.The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, sugar and spices. The garage had every pieced of equipment for water sports, fishing, beach trips and general fun. There was nothing we could not find if we needed it. Pool was warm and clean. Al stayed in communication the whole time if we had questions. Can't wait to stay again!

The houses look great, but the real estate agent who is in charge of them is very rude. He is not good at communicating and always stopped responding to me. I was trying to celebrate a corporate event and somehow for him was extremely difficult to say “The house is not available for this kind of events”. I may not the right client, but he wasn't direct to let me know that he will not rent me the house. Al put me in a situation where I lost precious time. Be aware of Al Roberts. Al, is it simple write a email with this text “I won't rent the house to you," I wrote to him several times and now I am very grateful for what happened, it seemed like it could be a nightmare. Owners, keep in mind Al Robert is not very good at communicating and communication is everything. Al could be a problem in the future, his skill communicating could be dangerous. I don't recommend renting houses with him.

What an incredible weekend, our Host Al was the best he had both houses fully stocked and ready. I can't wait to make it back and enjoy another weekend in paradise. Kudos to Al for being a great HOST!!!!

Epic family reunion when renting this house and the one next door (Heaven Can’t Wait)! Family from Maryland, Rhode Island and Missouri all enjoyed the many amenities and fab location. Could use a little updating and a little weathered in Spots but otherwise great. So many things right there and Publix is very close by.

I rented Ying and Yang for my wedding in November for my family. Sadly the trip was ruined due to Hurricane Nicole and Al (who I've read many wonderful posts about) was kind enough to offer us a discount or refund for our stay out of the kindness of his heart as there were alot or complications about the week. I rented the houses in November. We were in communication all the way up until February where he stopped messaging me completly. I hate to give a negative review but VRBO told me there is nothing they can do, and to leave a negative review in hopes that he might do the right thing. I just want to put the weekend behind me and at this point. Do not expect to even hear from Al again. So needless to say. If you do choose to rent his houses. I truly hope there isn't a hurricane or natural disaster because honestly. When we were getting emergency evactuated and we wanted to make sure to leave the houses in good shape, I tried to call Al numerous times but he was never responsive. He also mentioned at one point that the house on the ocean side could possibly fall into the ocean. We have over 7 family members in that house. The patio and all of the pool toys washed away. The only time he messaged us was to close a door. I absolutely would not recommend Beach houses in paradise and to the owners of the homes. Al ignoring your clients is not right and you should probably find another care taker for your homes.

We recently stayed at the Chateau de la Mer property. It was gorgeous. The house had plenty of room for everyone (12 adults and 1 infant). There was enough space to spread out but also the living space was enough that we could all be together if we wanted to! The house came ready to use- everything from ample towels to a fully stocked kitchen, which made our stay even better. There was so much fun stuff to do- our group used the paddle boards, bikes, snorkels, and kayaks. The pool on the property was fabulous too. We will be back! Plus, this is the view we got to wake up to every morning. Thank you Beach Houses in Paradise!

Really enjoyed our 2 week stay!Offshore fishing was easily accessible for us and we were even able to park the trailer on the river side along the road.The Oceanside is beautiful — however all the rocks prevented everyone from swimming in the water.The house was clean and nicely stalked for us with some kitchen items. Many amenities and toys to borrow located beneath the home.Pool was too hot (hot-tub temperature) so that took awhile to cool down.

This is year two we have rented a property in Stuart from BHIP. This year’s rental exceeded our expectations! BHIP takes wonderful care of the properties and every amenity is already waiting for you when you arrive. Plus, the property manager is quick to respond whenever you need anything! Cannot say enough great things, we love staying at your properties! Great for families, pet friendly. Very comfortable, all amenities and supplies and extras included.

This was year 2 we have rented a home from BHIP in Stuart. This year's house exceeded our expectations! Property was large and well stocked with every amenity you could want or didn't know you needed. Property manager is quick to respond to any request or need or feedback. We can't wait to stay again.

We rented "Oceania" and it was outstanding. The location was ideal and the property was immaculate. The property had every amenity you could want. Bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even the helmets and life vests. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, spices, and condiments. Our family enjoyed the stay and we will be recommending this company and property to our friends and family.

Absolutely incredible!!! I travel often and typically like to stay in higher end hotels. BHIP may be some of the best properties I've ever stayed at. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and typically don't like Airbnb/VRBO type properties but BHIP houses are magnificently clean. Additionally, the houses are very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. I also can't speak highly enough of Al. He's incredibly friendly, helpful, and very responsive with excellent communication. Highly recommend any of their properties. A+++++++

My family rented the Nirvana Shores house for a couple of weeks in March ‘23. We came down to join them for a week and had the best time! The house itself is huge and spacious with tons of different areas for kids and adults to hang out together or for alone time.The beach is perfect. The house provides ALL of the potential beach activities equipment. The boys dug in the sand and used the metal detectors to explore the beach. We fished, we swam, and grilled fresh seafood on the deck in the evenings.We already booked our trip for next year, and we’re looking forward to visiting this awesome area again and making more memories!
