They get 2 stars for a clean bathroom. Other than that the store has half empty shelves everywhere. Tried using the QR code for help, only to wait 15 - 20 min without any help arriving or offer help.I left after seeing employees just standing around getting grabbed from a random customer. So I left, my suggestion to Best Buy Corporation - You should implement & train a system, nothing turns off a customer more than a system you ask them to use go the way of the Dodo Bird.

Very long line with only one cashier and no help at all from staff had to wait more than 1/2 hr to buy $7.99 product

Service well I waited for over half hour before someone showed up. Prices?? Well all I can say is shop around and I promise you will find cheaper. Bought a projector from Amazon for 209 total after taxes at best buy the same BRAND was selling for 500 dollars.. employee stated if they are the same brand that they would match it well nothing but lies. Between the employee and manager/supervisor they told me no. So what I can say from experience is to shop around before buying it at the best buy.

I went into Best Buy to buy a new phone. I walked around and looked at all the phones for about 10 to 15 minutes. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes for 3 employees to ignore me and keep their conversation going while noticing me there. I walked around for a few more minutes looking at the phones again. Still no one said anything to me. I went across the street to Verizon and spent my money there. Brand new iphone 15 pro max. I don’t get it. Why wouldn’t you help a paying customer.

I checked in with a scan bar and never received help. Seemed like plenty of employees, but no one offered to assist. In store experience is nothing like it used to be.

Nobody attends to you, they send for those who are in front of the department and no one ever arrives with a spirit of work, a poorly attended business

When it comes to electronics, they always have what you need. I was there shortly before Christmas, so it was busy, but I got help from a very knowledgeable & nice guy eventually. I was surprised to see only 1 register open for everything (check out, returns, cust svc, etc). I walked out with the few last minute things I needed to get under the tree, so all's well.
