Leased a KIA 2026 Sportage Hybrid SX-Prestige AWD from Wallace located in Stuart Florida. Our Sales & Leasing Professional, Robert Rose did a great job representing the Dealership and importantly we were able to work out a favorable deal that met our financial limits along with securing the wonderful Sportage we desired. We drove up to Stuart from Delray Beach, 100 miles, to see the car we had spec out online. After doing all the negotiation and paperwork to close the Deal Mr. Rose drove the car for us back to Delray Beach the same evening and Uber back home! I highly recommend Wallace and our sales consultant Robert Rose. Yes, there was negotiation by all parties but with a little help from the Sales Manager we were able to close the Deal. Importantly it was a 100% positive experience working with the Wallace Team. 5 Stars!

Captain Mo even delivered my new Soul 85 miles right to my house! How’s that for service. I bypassed Fort Pierce and Vero Beach dealerships in favor of Wallace in Stuart. No Regrets. Marquis Cruz in sales and Rafael Palacios in finance were terrific. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable and transparent with a no pressure buying experience. I would definitely recommend anyone to come by and see them if you are looking for a new car. I got the Sportage Hybrid EX. It works flawless, fun to drive, quiet with great gas mileage. I'm very happy with my interactions with Wallace Kia and the Sportage I purchased.

YEA for FREE-SPEECH REVIEWS! Why would I go to a dealership who takes advantage of people on unneeded alignments and won’t respond to their justified complaints and request for things to be set straight? We were going to come look at a couple of vehicles at this place, but because of these open-book reviews, I will NOT be going there🫤👍❗️

We purchased a new 2026 Sportage from Wallace Kia. Capt. Mo was our salesperson. He was very helpful during the entire sales process. He located the car we wanted and had it at the dealership in two days ready for purchase. This dealership had very upfront pricing, No BS. Capt. Mo was always on time to our appointments which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This place is. How it has 4 1/2 star reviews is crazy. The sales guys like anywhere will tell you any dishonest thing they can to put you in a car. Promise you a supplementary wash or wax or anything with your first oil change which never happens. Sell you on insurance to cover wear and tear or any other things on a lease That apparently only comes into effect when you turn it in. So you have to drive the lease around with faulty doors, bad brakes, and any other issues despite paying for excessive wear and tear warranties. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for an honest dealership because this is not it.

Happy with my vehicle. Salesman (Bakr) was professional. Sales process was ok. Finance guy was excellent. A minor issue was addressed timely and professionally. Overall a very good experience.
