I needed a new seat for my bike ! Upon my arriving at the store I I was greeted and was asked if the sales person could help ! I decided to look for my self ! Well it was overwhelming at the seats ! The staff asked again and I asked which one of three was best for me ! The staff gave me his prospective and I made my decision Checkout was easy and quick off I went to install my seat ! Friendly staff nice place to shop for my need !

Great friendly knowledge staff at the Stuart Florida location. This is the first "real" bike I've bought. I've never paid over $200 in my life. But I wanted to make the investment for my health.

Great customer service. No high pressure sales tactics. Purchased a Trek Townie bike a year ago with 0 issues. Would recommend purchasing here and would buy again. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

TERRIBLE bike shop. They kept my bike for a month and didn't even do everything I asked them to do, while also giving me an estimate of ~150 dollars only to pick up my bike and have to pay 470 dollars AND my brakes didn't even work. I will NEVER use this store again

I purchased the "lifetime flat fix" about three years ago. I hadn't had a flat since that purchase until last week. I brought my flat tire into the Stuart FL store last week and it was graciously fixed at no charge.
