The lady that helped me was amazing.. she asked all the questions she needed to help me pick one and she has a ton of knowledge. She even suggested that I just adjust mine which might help before I buy a new one. I would have clearly thrown money at the problem ... whatever needed but when she said her most popular saddle was a really reasonable price... I went for it and so far am very pleased . I will tell you I have been to my share of bike shops and they are often not pleasant... either not customer centered and only interested if you want a new 10g bike.. or are a triathlete ...The honest customer service and friendly atmosphere will definitely bring me back. The staff asked again and I asked which one of three was best for me ! The staff gave me his prospective and I made my decision Checkout was easy and quick off I went to install my seat !
