“I bought an electric bike (not through Kraken), but as soon as I opened the box, I realized that I would not be able to put it together.I called 5 bike shops and none were able to put it together until a week or so. I then found Kraken (awesome name) and Jason said that he would do his best to have it together today. If not, then definitely by the morning. So I drove over to meet him.I had no idea that they were a retailer for electric bikes. Jason was very helpful. He was able to put it together in 2 1/2 hours. Of course when we picked it up, it was a typical Florida down pour. So he wrapped the important parts and gave me advice on how to take care of it.They also have a cute clothing store too. I am so happy and thankful for Jason's help! Definitely check them out for an electric bike and cute beach clothes. He can also help you with bike accessories. So glad I contacted them! The lady that helped me was amazing.. she asked all the questions she needed to help me pick one and she has a ton of knowledge. She even suggested that I just adjust mine which might help before I buy a new one. I would have clearly thrown money at the problem ... whatever needed but when she said her most popular saddle was a really reasonable price... I went for it and so far am very pleased . I will tell you I have been to my share of bike shops and they are often not pleasant... either not customer centered and only interested if you want a new 10g bike.. or are a triathlete ...The honest customer service and friendly atmosphere will definitely bring me back.
