Great customer service. The workers there are awesome. Everytime I have a problem with my e-bike they diagnose the problem and solve it. Great people. I highly recommend to anyone who has bike problems to go to bikes plus. Best bike store in Stuart,Fl.

They don’t answer the phone. The guy working in the shop doesn’t seem to like his job very much. And they didn’t get my spoke fixed in the time they told me it would take.So, after posting my initial review. I went to pick up my son’s bicycle tire in which I found that the owner had intentionally rebroke the spoke, as he told me he would do because of my review which I left above.I tried to have a conversation with the owner but he dint want to discuss my experience. Only to tell me no, and for us to take my tire and go somewhere else.It’s a shame as I know we have many mutual friends and acquaintances in the area.I will never go there again.Hope you don’t either.

Our journey this morning actually started at Bike Plus in Jensen. The young lady there was so sweet and nicely suggested to visit this location. My husband went in, husband is a brain cancer survivor, his sometimes can't speak properly when he gets excited. The gentleman at this location allowed my husband to try a few of the ebikes since we've been searching. We will be back for our purchases soon. It's nice to see nice friendly people still around that have the patience with disable folks. He hasn't stopped talking about it today. Thank you for having such a loving sweet sound. Be blessed.

A++ This was the only local bike shop that could take our bikes same day & deliver them to our home a few days later.The other local bike shops had a 2-3 week wait!I’m so glad I chose Bikes Plus in Stuart!The owner is super friendly ,welcoming and extremely bike knowledgeable. Not to mention very reasonable pricing and great bike tuneup.I discovered they also do mobile bike repairs, which they can come to your home and fix your bike. Talk about convenience! A++

Sebastian at Bikes Plus - Stuart is AMAZING with bike repairs. I have had a 4 year ongoing issue with gear slippage on my adult tricycle. It has been in another shop so many times for repairs I was ready to give up and buy a new bike. Sebastian explained to my husband how to make an adjustment and after a few attempts I had an enjoyable bike ride for the first time! I’m officially declaring Sebastian to be a genius and my husband to be awesome!

Sebastian was awesome to help locate two bikes for kids and got them in time for birthday when we had a hard time finding them. We will us them in future to purchase and service our bikes.

I recommend this Bike Shop. The owner is very professional, honest, and quick with repairs. Furthermore, the price is fair and reasonable. After going to several bike shops in the area, I feel Bikes Plus is the best by far. I am very pleased and will be back!
