“Took in My Mazda6 in for estimates and so forth. Consulted with Dave there and he gave me numerous options and pricing. Finally agreed on pricing and pin- stripping, due to the elimination of paint on the roof of the car here in the Florida Sun. Dave and the rest of the representatives there at Maaco Auto Body in Stuart Florida are Exceptionally Knowledgeable and the Expertise there is Above and Beyond my Expectations. The completion of the Job agreement was Incredibly well done along with an Extra Little Flare as a Surprise to me upon Pick Up of the vehicle. The Color match up was Superb. The car now looks better than the day it was bought. I Highly recommend The Expertise there at this particular shop in Stuart. 5 STAR !!!!!”

He spent a lot of time looking over my car and informing me of how he was going to fix it and kept me in the loop the entire time. The front office staff was very nice and answered all my questions. “My experience was great all around. They offered a great price and even found a cheaper part to bring the price down even further. Was done in the time they said it was, which 3 days for a front hood replacement, bumper repair and grille replacement is fantastic. Color match is awesome, looks just the same. They went even further and fixed a scratch on the fender that wasn't apart of the damage I was having fixed AND they fixed my foggy headlights too which I am so grateful for! “Buying my 2016 Sonata 2.4 was a great experience and my salesman, Michael Forrester, was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had, even if it meant researching the answer if he didn't know it. I am very happy with the car's performance and have had no problems with it (I'm writing this review a year and 5 months after purchase). The reason I gave a 4 star, instead of a 5 star, rating is because of their service department. It can be "hit or miss" and I have had some problems with what should have been standard scheduled maintenance. My first service trip in for an oil change was a 3 hour and 45 minute wait!!! Yes, I DID call for an appointment the week before instead of "showing-up" unannounced. On another visit, I have Nitrogen in my tires and asked for my tires to be filled to specification as I noticed that the tire pressure was dropping. The NEXT DAY, a warning ⚠️ light came on because of "low tire pressure!" I had to go to a "special" local tire shop that has NITROGEN! They, of course, CHARGED ($15.00) me to put Nitrogen in my tires. Grrrrrrr. I had JUST PAID Wallace the DAY BEFORE to do that!!! I have "learned" in my trips to service since, to speak in depth with the Service Writer both BEFORE and AFTER the service. Make SURE that everything on your list is, indeed, done! ⭐️On a "UP" note, the Service Manager did try to work out something "extra" on my next services after the not-so-positive trips I experienced.⭐️ Thanks for reading my "rant!" Otherwise, Wallace is a great place. 👍🏻”
