“A couple of weeks ago, I had a recently purchased headlight lamp fail. I went to Store 6312 in Stuart, FL where I had purchased the lamp and was helped by a lady named Valerie. She listened to my issue, reached out to a store manager via phone and together they decided to provide me a replacement lamp at no charge saving me the time and inconvenience of reaching out to the lamp manufacturer. When my battery on the same car failed this morning, I recalled the service I received with Valerie and decided to purchase the replacement battery from this same store despite having used another retailer for many, many years. Really appreciate the wonderful customer service.”
