Terrible service, the person who serves there is very despotic, he doesn't seem to want to serve and is very rude. It's not worth going.

I went in for my mother who needed to transfer a her information from the the old one to the new one and activate it. They charged me $60 just for that when I asked why so much the guy responded saying $25 for the chip and the rest is the activation fee? Doesn’t make much sense and the guy never clarified the specifics on why it was so much. This is one of the main reason on why I switched carriers, they over charge you for simple problems and always have an attitude. Avoid this place if you can!

Horrible place to go.Went at noon to get the phone turned back on. Nobody was there so I went next door and they told me the guy wouldn't be until 2:00 so I left. Came back at 2:00 and a guy wasn't. The guy still wasn't there. Told me come back at 4:00 so I went back at 4:00 and the people next door told me to come back at 5:00. Horrible experience.

They will charge you for the port pin when you want to go to a real phone carrier service. Even the rep at the reputable place was in shock that I was charged to take my own phone number to another carrier. Worst customer service in person and on the phoneEdited to ask…. So charging customers to leave boost mobile is a common practice? I could understand if I was under a CONTRACT but this is just a rip off. First your company gives me the run around on receiving a replacement phone I paid insurance for and then when I decide to leave you charge me to leave.Boost mobile’s customer service is horrible. Glad I brought this second line over to the reputable cell service provider I already had and have zero issue paying more for better customer service when I need it

Every time I go to this location something happens to my phone lost my old Gmail account the first time the second time the setup on my phone was messed up I hope they figure stuff out soon .something sketchy?

The gentleman helped me with the problem and explain everything thing to me in detail i had visited another boost store in port st luice the day before and my experience there was horrible the guy was rude inpatient short with me and all.
