Update 7/1: Sent email (to Daniel and
[email protected]) with picture evidence that Caliber / Daniel were missing parts post repair. Even spoke to Daniel on the phone (who cared more about arguing with me about their deserved bad review) who confirmed and was going to send them but never did as of April 14. Not surprised at all to say the least and further evidence of the lack of management and quality of service at this location. Further, due to the never ending parts will be here tomorrow, they did get me a rental for a few days that they were going to pay for at a nearby car rental location (even a phone call with Daniel who said they would pay)...they were listed on the bill as the payer but decided they were not going to pay the bill apparently thinking I would cover the bill which they were wrong. Involved our CC company to dispute and did not have to pay for their mounting failures here. FYI to others, if they offer this service to you be warned, the local car rental team let us know they were getting other upset customers as well with being sent there along with Caliber failing to pay the bills thus sticking the customers with the bill. Hope this saves others from our really bad experience here.
This location has some serious problems and lack of management especially with Daniel and his team. Dropped off our vehicle on 2/24 with completion date of 3/18 and finally got it back on 4/8. Serious incompetence with their ordering/verifying of parts and then blame everything else (blaming the vendor they purchase from) vs. taking responsibility for their repeated part ordering issues. Overall, lied to repeatedly about (3 weeks of part's will be here today / will be done next day) parts that were shipped to them incorrectly that they failed to verify. This many incorrect parts is on them and their ordering process. So day after day was told it will be done tomorrow to then later blame a paint issue (almost 2 weeks ago) and would be done shortly to find out more parts were wrong. I told their staff a number of times Paoloa/Daniel (Daniel played amnesia / nobody told him) that we were about ready to leave the state and Daniel thought it would be a good idea to tell us that he has had another car for 8 months like that was going to help our situation or we should be happy we were getting the run around in less time apparently.
Another failure is I had to call them to get updates. They would say it will be done then I would call next morning to find out parts are on the way. This is a serious problem with them and their lack of updating me especially when they (repeatedly) would tell me they will call by a certain time to get me updated so we can plan.
We will never use your company and will warn anyone who thinks they want to take their car to you. Seems the only reason they got this taken care of finally is when I showed up in person on 4/7 and same story that parts are on the way today and will be done tomorrow.
