When your 25yr old daughter is 650miles from home and you have no clue who to call in an automotive emergency, rest assured Keith and team are there for you! I have spent my entire life in the automotive industry and I can say I still was panicked when I got the call” my check engine light is on and my car feels like it’s shaking apart”. I just googled repair shops and for some reason Campbell Automotive came up. I can promise you they could have raked us over the coals, as all I wanted was my child’s car fixed, but Keith assured me he would take care of it immediately and how quick could she get it there. Let’s just say I made the right phone call and Keith is a God send. Even my daughter said they were the nicest people and explained everything to her. Keith you are a rockstar and she will be back because of your amazing customer service and honesty!

Echoing what another customer said, it is really difficult to find an excellent, honest auto repair shop. Campbell Automotive is exactly that! I took my 2016 Subaru Impreza there for a driveline hum that my partner (who is a mechanic himself who only works on vintage British cars) had identified as a possible rear wheel bearing problem. Keith diagnosed it as exactly that. I took it in on an early Friday morning and by 10:00 am he called me to tell me about the problem, and by shortly after lunch, it was done (bearing and rear pads installed).The price was very reasonable, and I was out the door, an extremely pleased customer. This was my second visit to Keith’s shop, he having replaced an A/C Control Head in January 2024 to fix my air conditioning. Excellent work then, too! I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive repair needs. Five stars plus!!

15 minute phone conversation saved me $1,000. I’m not mechanically inclined by any means and other shops were taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and didn’t tell me my problem could be deleted rather then fixed (heater core for my old crown vic) over the phone recommended the heater core delete for less then $200 and put my heart back in my chest. Would absolutely recommend this shop

I had a great experience with this shop. My cars AC evaporator was leaking and I needed a new one. This is a long and labor intensive job that requires removing the entire dashboard to replace. I called several shops who all told me it would be about 7.5 hours in labor (for the replacement and AC evac/recharge) with costs ranging from $1700 (Firestone) - $2000 (Wallace Mazda). Campbell said they could do it in 6.5 hours at $130.00 per hour. The total was $1350 with parts and labor. Significantly cheaper than the competition.
They did explain the benefits of a local aftermarket part, which I appreciated, but I decided to go with a dealer part. There was no pressure or attempted upselling. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I knew what was wrong with the car and they fixed it. Simple and easy. As someone who does his own work when he can, I greatly appreciate this type of mechanic for jobs that are beyond my skill level.
My AC has been running perfectly since the evaporator was replaced. I'd recommend going here for any work you need done.

Many people are very quick to complain, yet all to few give feed back when there is a "job well done." I don't want to be one of those people. I am in FL on a "workcation" whenb on Friday my car, Ford Escape, made very bad noise from the rear end. Banging, rocking, it did not sound good. Being a Friday, I clould not go anywhere and was afraid t o drive my car. I looked at Ford service, did not find anuy reviews about how well they serviced cars. Cambell Automotive was second on the search and I looked at ll the reviews. They sounded very positive. So, first thing MOnday morning I called, was told "we are very busy" but stop by. I did. And I am glad. Pulled up, Keith looked at the car while I was there. Told me what was needed, how long it would take to repair and the cost. All in 15 minutes. Never had that happen before. I thought I would have to leave it there, rent a car, and wait to hear back the amount of time it would take to get mey car back and pay for a rental in the meantime. Keith was great. They fixed the car, I was out in 45 minutes. I heghly recommend them. GOOD JOB KEITH AND TEAM.

It's hard to find a good honest repair operation, but I lucked out with Campbell Automotive. I feel that they charge very reasonable rates, and work very hard to ensure you drive away a satisfied customer. I'll definitely go back.

I've been using Cambell's auto for a few years now and it is excellent. Keith might be one of the few totally honest, no nonsense small business mechanics left. The service has always been faster than other places, the work is top notch, and the prices always great. They keep you well informed and don't try to sell you on services you don't need. I've done my maintenance there for years, but had two occasions where I needed immediate, late day help and both times Keith has either helped me himself or sent me to a colleague he trusts to immediately help me with a specific issue. I've never once been let down. There's not many businesses like this left.
