“I’m writing this review 2 months after installation. We are so happy with the material we purchased and the installation by Luis and his co worker. They installed Vinyl planking over tile flooring but only after they ground down the tile in areas throughout our house to ensure all was level. They also installed vinyl planking in 2 bedrooms (they leveled the bedrooms with fiber rock after removing the carpet). Luis was not only conscientious but he was reliable and punctual. They left our house clean before leaving every day. I highly recommend Luis for installation. We also shopped around for material and Floors Direct came out with the best price comparing apples to apples. Thank you to our sales rep Chris. This was a great experience all around!”
