This place is amazing, customer service is top shelf. Mechanics know their stuff. Better than any local dealership and cheaper too. Same warranty as dealership has.
So if you want to waste your money head to any local dealership. If you want excellent service with the same warranty at a lower price Church Street is the go to spot. Wish I could give them more stars. Above and beyond

Church Street Garage is without question the best repair shop I have ever experienced. They have kept a 1999 BMW 318ti and its successor, a 2015 VW Golf in top shape, and will now be my go-to for a recently acquired 2023 VW Tiguan. Ryan and his crew can't be beat!

I’ve known Ryan and church street a long time and I’ll never take any of my German vehicles to anyone else.
I’ve seen their work firsthand and I’ve never met a more knowledgeable, skilled and straightforward team of technicians in my life. They provide top tier service, I get a warranty and when you drop off to church street, you know who you’re dealing with every time. I highly recommend this shop to any luxury car owners, and any european or exotic vehicles.

Do not go here unless you want to pay 25% more than dealership prices. And the work they do here is substandard.
Reply was nonsense, you never once offered to match a dealership price.
I stand by my review.
Ryan has an answer for everything, wouldn’t surprise me if he sold used cars on the side.
To future clientele of this garage, I say, you have my experience as a gauge to the likely outcome and treatment you can expect here.

Ryan and CSG saved me more $$ than he cost me, after the dealership gave me a steep quote of $$(thousands) on a needed repair. Took the vehicle to CSG instead.
That's typical of Ryan and CSG. Been using CSG for many years. Reliable, conscientious and a straight shooter. Better work, better parts and lower cost than the dealership, without fail.

My husband’s Mercedes has a difficulty diagnostic issue. We were told from dealer it needed new turbocharger. Brought it to Ryan for a second opinion and it turned out being something simple and the computer reset everything and off it went. Car is running in top shape.
