“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Heyward Silcox and Love Hope in Action.
During one of the most difficult seasons of my life, when my one-year-old daughter and I were facing tremendous challenges and uncertainty, Mr. Silcox and the organization stepped in with compassion, kindness, and genuine care. Their support went far beyond simply providing assistance they gave us hope when we needed it most. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed and unsure of how I was going to make it through, but Love Hope in Action reminded me that I was not alone. The generosity, encouragement, and unwavering support that they extended to my family made a lasting impact that I will never forget. Mr. Silcox leads with a servant’s heart and a level of compassion that is truly rare. He treats people with dignity, respect, and kindness, and it is evident that helping others is not just what he does it is who he is! 🙌 I will forever be grateful for everything Love Hope in Action has done for my daughter and me. The support we received helped carry us through a very difficult chapter, and for that, I will always hold a special place in my heart for this organization and the people behind it.

“This is a lovely thrift store supporting a great cause. The prices are cheap; clothing ranges from 3-10$. The store utilizes "tags of the week" in which items of one tag color are 1.25 each and items of another color are 2.50 each. Items are mostly fogey, but there are a handful of trendy and timeless pieces as well. The staff was very friendly. The store is on the smaller size, but provides a wide variety of items- clothing, furniture, housewares, etc. This is a great spot to hunt for finds! Note: This review is based on one visit to the store in late March 2024.”

“Stumbled on this place by accident. A bit hard to find. Well worth a visit. Educational talks, Ray and starfish touch pools, and a several hundred thousand gallon outdoor pool with all kinds of florida fish.”
