Great gym with the best equipment and options. Plenty of space with the exception of they changed the stretching area when they added an area of the middle of the gym for multi purpose unused space. This is where I stretch before I lift and I have nonstop unaware people walking over my head. It actually irritates the F out of me. I'm a pretty relaxed person but this triggers me into talking shit to whoever is walking over my head. I'd say as big as this gym is create a designated stretch zone that they originally had. Don't walk over or around people stretching. There is plenty of space to walk around.

Extremely disappointed with Crunch Fitness and their aggressive, pushy sales tactics. I came in simply to work out with my son for one day as a guest and made that clear from the start. Despite this, the staff--particularly the day manager--Gabriella ignored my request and forced a full facility tour and sales pitch on me. I repeatedly said I wasn't interested, but they continued to push programs I didn't ask for. What's worse, even after signing a liability waiver, they insisted on keeping my driver's license at the front desk, claiming it was for "liability reasons"--which makes absolutely no sense. It felt like a tactic to ensure I returned and could be pressured into a membership. This kind of high-pressure, tone-deaf approach is exactly why I cannot recommend Crunch Fitness. If you value respectful, no-hassle service, look elsewhere.

nally joined CRUNCH Gym in Stuart, Florida, about two weeks ago. I had a membership in another gym, small, old machines, and kind of drab. I saw the reviews and decided not to go, but finally, wanting to see for myself, I went down. I was in for the cheap trick at 9 bucks a month. Yeah, they gave a hard sell, but I knew they would; it's their job. But as I walked into the gym and saw all the new Nautilus machines and stations, I was sold. I love going to CRUNCH. Great vibes, and everyone is helpful. I wasn't interested in the group classes in the package, but all of the rest was a no-brainer. I am 79 years old next month. Baby Boomer, 1946, July 31st.

Music always too loud. the music they play will depend on preference of person at front desk.. not enough 10 lb plates in free weight area. star Tra bikes all wobble when you get on them Been training 30 years and a 20 year old trainer is asking me if I want him to show me how to use machines. Salespeople read off a script.

Great gym, but the music is too loud.sounds like a nightclub. Mens bathroom smells like urine.

If you like getting lied to, and ripped off with a condescending smile, this gym is for you! it is NOT $10, they will silently charge you more than twice that the next month, then say "have a nice day, there's nothing you can do about it". Absolutely APPAULING business approach. And costumer service- Forget it. This should be illegal.

The equipment is nice and it's very clean, but the music they play is so loud and the bass is turned up so high you can't even have a conversation. I put my ear buds in and can't hear my own music. Many of us have asked to have the music turned down and even though our memberships pay the staffs income, they just ignore us. When you hear songs that use the "N" word, "F" word and "P" word, makes you really wonder about Crunch's motto of "No Judgment" and "Inclusivity". Turn it down and pay attention to the lyrics how about it.

The staff are all rude pre-madonnas!! Trainers are all young kids, that dont know jack..... They play the music so loud, one cant even hear their own music...... Stay away from this place!!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this club at all costs. The service and front desk staff are terrible, and their treatment of customers is appalling. I visited the club for the first time to check it out and try a class. They immediately took my ID, not just to look at but kept it for the duration of my visit. You cannot try a class unless you buy a membership first. To purchase a membership, they require two payment methods and demand both bank account information and credit card details--on paper! No reputable business ever asks for such sensitive information, especially in writing. The staff did not return my ID, and I discovered the loss the next day. When I returned to the club to ask for a manager, I was met with attitude. The front desk staff mocked me and refused to call a manager. A staff member named Nathan, speaking in a condescending manner, informed me that he would not contact anyone, refused to provide the manager's name or schedule, and claimed that he was the manager himself, dismissing my concerns entirely. Also, all their recent Google reviews are negative, and it seems management doesn't care about solving problems.

Switched to wipes & now not wanting to give out the cloths just so they don’t have to do part of their job. Was told I could only be given a cloth if I put it in the bin(which I do every time) in the corner in the front by their computers. You work at a gym & just stand there the whole time chatting yet you’re too lazy to walk not even 20 feet away? Some times I’m told they don’t even have any just because they don’t want to wash them. If you have a problem giving out cloths & having to wash them, maybe bring paper towels back? Sorry I don’t want to put my phone on the machines because the wipes don’t fully kill the germs.

I came to tour this location because they are opening another one right by my house in Port St Lucie and I wanted to see what it was like. Sabrina showed me around- the facility is awesome, tons of equipment is available and looks to be all in great shape. I’m excited to join the PSL location as soon as it opens.
