Vey knowledgeable. I came in with what I thought was a problem on my 2023 Gladiator and they knew exactly what I was saying. Dropped it of today and I’m amazed at what they did. The Jeep rides perfect now. Tracks straight and true and doesn’t have what felt like delayed reaction to the steering wheel. First time but now a lifetime customer

This is my first time using CTM Customs and I’m very impressed. I’m quite picky and took a couple of months doing research before making a final decision on exactly what I wanted. Porky helped me out every step of the way. Always took my calls to answer questions and give me recommendations. I’m fairly certain my jeep rides better now than it did when I took it in even after a lift and bigger tires. That was my biggest concern and they knocked it out of the park. Unfortunately I didn’t get to meet the other staff but I would like to thank them for doing things the right way and making my vision a reality. I highly recommend this shop and I will definitely be back for future upgrades.

Wow! These folks do great work. We had a bunch of customization done on our Leisure Travel Van. Matt and crew did a fantastic job not only with planning and installing it, but teaching us how everything works! Very pleased with the service!

Travis and his Crew were prompt with my appt., took the time necessary to fix my Tesla to my satisfaction, and even assisted with ordering the extra parts needed to make additional necessary changes so my tires wear evenly. The additional appt. was scheduled quickly and I look forward to working with Travis and Crew again.

Thus far I've just gotten rewiring done and my headlights replaced with more to come! CTM Customs does not disappoint and is your one stop shop for all aftermarket upgrades!

I cannot say enough great things about the team at CTM. I actually traveled from Virginia to Stuart FL to have them perform the work on my RV. They did exactly as promised at the price quoted and had the RV out the door the same day. It’s no wonder everyone in the Leisure Travel Van community speaks so highly of them. They lived up to their reputation!

I brought my 2024 LTV Unity to CTM Customs for the Rock N Roll package (new shocks, Sumo springs, and sway bar). They were able to complete all of the work the same day. They were professional, informative of the work completed and what to expect afterwards, advised me to get a new alignment and recommended the best shop to do the alignment. Once I left their shop, the ride was exactly as they described. And the recommended alignment shop didn't disappoint either. I highly recommend CTM Customs for any work you need.

If you don’t have money for the top of the line upgrades they don’t like you,
Don’t care about you after your vehicle leaves the shop. Go to southeast jeeps.
Got my front end work done including tie rod ends ball joins and stabilizer, was diagnosed of these parts being bad to fix the Jeep . Still drives awful, month later I let them know and they’ll do a “shake down” meaning they’ll look at it and come up with new things that need to be replaced,
Shouldn’t have that been done initially from the start. Waiting for my refund
