I went to CVS on the night of Friday the 30th and was refused help at the cash register. This person was literally doing nothing, and refused to check my items out which would of taken them 2 minutes. This person snidely said self check out was open. LOL um yeah I know. Clearly, I did not want to use their self check out. I have severe dyslexia and cannot do self check out. I felt humiliated and put my items back.

PHARMACIST DONNA Is the BEST BEST pharmacist I have ever had in all my 49 years. She is always professional, extremely helpful, goes out of her way to help me and all her customers. She CARES and it shows in every way. Truly and sincerely the best Pharmacist ever. Please let her know so you won’t lose her ever. Amazing and always happy as well. An Angel, especially in miami where Little care is shown to patients from pharmacists everywhere. She’s A+++

Worst pharmacy experience ever! Pharmacist Jessica W. called me to tell me I needed a preauthorization for my medication. I told her that would take some time, I needed the medication now so I would like to pay for it "Out of pocket". She refused to let me pay and get my medication. She went on to tell me that if my insurance declined to pay that she would not fill the prescription at all telling me that she had discretion to decline filling a prescription if she chose. When I insisted on additional explanation and continued asking questions, she then told me that I was being "Unprofessional" and that now she wouldn't fill my prescription even with insurance approval. So the pharmacist refuses to fill my prescription because I questioned her about their/her policy. This is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Stay away!

Walter, the pharmacist, was truly an angel tonight!!!!! My husband has been fighting a horrific sore throat and cough for days. Literally, I called pharmacy after pharmacy(Walgreens sucks by the way) and very poor assistance or no assistance. Then I called Walter…:. He gave me nothing but professionalism and went above and beyond. Not only did he fill my script which I didn’t was sent in less than hour before closing, he did it less than 20 minutes. I knew w because I called them right before I left my house and I got there 4 minutes before they closed and it was ready! He even came to the window and said hello. Truly amazing customer service that I didn’t expect. My husband will be pleased to sleep tonight (as will I). Thank you Pharmacist Walter, Nicole and Marlen!!!!!

Staff and pharmacist very unhelpful with giving patients information and keeping track of prescriptions. Me as well as the Doctors office have tag teamed to call the pharmacy to get the necessary medication needed because the needed insurance approval so we asked if we could pay out of pocket and they said no. So of course I asked why and they didn’t have an answer and put me on hold. Then the pharmacy tech put me on hold and the rude pharmacist answered the phone and had no idea because the tech didn’t even tell her so I explained the situation and she didn’t answer why we couldn’t pay out of pocket for it. Then she was caught up on what my name was after I already told her and she hung up. They said they had his medication in stock when the doctors office called it in this morning and failed to let them know they actually don’t even have the medication he needs and we finding this out now at 7pm after trying to get straight answers. My boyfriend was in a serious car accident and needs pain medication after his surgery. They said maybe by Friday he can get the pain medication. He is in excruciating pain after going without the medication and they couldn’t call to notify the doctors office or us so we could find another solution earlier it’s ridiculous and unprofessional. They just let anybody in the pharmacy these days low standards CVS Pharmacy is the worst

Walter and Debbie are outstanding people , we needed a three day prescription for an emergency and originally went to Walgreens on a Sunday and they said we needed a specific type a number and wouldn’t fill it so we went back to the hospital they said they never heard of that and then we decided to go to CVS and Walter and Nicole helped us Above and beyond Their normal job duty and they gave it to us for next to nothing with a good RX prescription drug card so we wanted to thank them!

To the balding man in the pharmacy who loves to roll his eyes. Deductibles begin at first of the year, but when the insurance company is no longer in contract with you, you should probably let the customer know instead of rudely rolling your eyes at me when I ask for a smaller amount while I try to figure out my insurance. I’ve used cvs for quite some years, and quite glad I’m not anymore if that’s the customer service you all give. What is funny is he’s always the rudest person behind that counter and he’s training someone, I wish you the best of luck.
