Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. After waiting for 10 minutes for them to help two other customers, I went around the corner literally for aspirin and at 1:30 and 30 seconds walked back to the counter to be told by the pharmacist the “system” shuts down and she can’t get my husbands prescription as he sat in the car after hip surgery. The worse! If I could give zero I would. Go to Publix pharmacy where they are not heartless and lie. Walked up front and it was 131 by their clock. The nice people up front apologized but that doesn’t make this right. If he didn’t need it would have it transferred to another pharmacy. And will moving forward.

This review is for Adriane only. She is one of the floor managers who is an amazing young woman that actually cares about the CVS customer. I am keeping the rest of my experience separate. She went above and beyond what was required of her. Wow, I am going to inform their corporate office what a gem they have.

Every time I go into this CVS I cringe at the way I have been treated in their store aside from the fact that I have been several times to retrieve my OTC products and they do not have most of the products in stock when I did finally get them I needed tampons well me and my son both get over the counter products free from our insurance carriers where they have a ton of pre approved items to choose from but you have to hunt down the specific product number which isn’t easy…a few days earlier I had used my $30 in OTC to get my babies diaper wipes etc so when I went in to get his OTC I grabbed myself a box of tampons when I got to the register they would not be approved in the system I explained to the cashier that they were the correct product specified in the brochure that I get to choose from…when she looked at the insurance card I was using to pay she very rudely responded “WELL MAYBE ITS BECAUSE THEY KNOW YOUR SON ISN’T USING TAMPONS”. I am not easily offended but she was waaay outta line I did finally find out that even though they were the product specified they had a different skew number…I wanted so badly to record her behavior and the way she was talking to me and take it to management but my better side took over and I forgave and let it go…this was not the first time that they have been rude to me in this store either I usually bring my 6 year old son in when I go to retrieve my prescriptions due to him getting easily bored I always let him pick up one of the medium die cast cars just to push around on the floor till we are done…one of the sales representatives actually came up to my son and insistently pressed him about wether he was going to buy the car or not and rudely came to me and said ma’am if your not going to buy the toy car he cannot play with it…in all actuality I was going to BUY THE CAR…BUT WHEN SHE TREATED MY CHILD AND ME THAT WAY I JUST LOOKED AND SAID…no ma’am we aren’t going to buy the toy today…the only reason I didn’t buy it was because the way she treated us…this store has a real customer service problem and they need manners bad!!! was just trying to buy a drink and went to go get checked out and lady at the register either had a terrible day or thats just how she is every day, gave me this awful attitude or hers! terrible customer service as well!

The pharmacist here is extremely rude and will treat you like a drug addict if you have a prescription for any type of controlled substance. Went to get my anxiety meds filled just to be told she didn't feel comfortable filling them due to a prescription of pain medication I had in the past. She thinks she knows more than a doctor prescribing the medication!

This pharmacy has a bad rap and I have definitely experienced it but there is a new pharmacist with red hair and she is awesome! I think her name is Michele. She is kind and attentive and very positive. She is always on with lots of positive energy!! She deserves 5 stars so give this pharmacy a chance, they are trying to turn things around!

This is THE WORST CVS ever. The pharmacy manager Javier has given me the run around every month for 4 months. He has given enough excuses! Even when I have texts from CVS stating he's in error. But I will now! Javier is Completely inept!!!

Worst pharmacy I've ever had experience. The blonde pharmacist is extremely rude and disrespectful. My boyfriend dropped off a prescription last night for me to pick up today and when I go in to pick the prescription she said she has no idea what I'm talking about and that he never dropped it off. A total lie seeing as I know for a fact he did and she just misplaced the prescription. I ask if they can run the cameras back to prove that she is wrong and she tells me " i'm not gonna stop what I'm doing to handle your issue go to the front" so when I receive this horrible attitude I walk up to the front and I'm told without a court order they cannot run cameras back. This pharmacist miss placed my prescription and is trying to put it on me. The medication I'm missing is crucial to my every day health and I'm now beyond sick unable to move because of her mistake.

This is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever gone to...They told me my prescription would be done at 1pm...I was late at 2pm and it wasn’t done...I had to wait 30 more minutes...And after all that the cashier, Lillian, didn’t even say “ Thank You, have a very nice day and be safe “.....or something nice...And no drive thru...don’t waste your time going to this CVS at Salerno Plaza Winn Dixie Stuart FL.

Called to see if they had something in stock the girl answered by telling me to come in and check then hung up..The worst customer service ever..This is my 1st ever complaint.I'm 20 minutes away.This should be a interesting

The pharmacy is horrible at this store. Doesn't listen to customers. They sent me on a wild goose chase with insurance and doctor today only to find out the pharmacy associate was trying to fill the wrong prescription. It wouldn't be so bad, but the lady wouldn't listen to me and just tried to rush me off the phone when I tried to get all the information. Eventually the insurance talked to the actual pharmacist and found out the lady was trying to fill the wrong rx. The pharmacist filled the correct prescription with zero issues. Total waste of my time today and a whole lot of frustration because of poor customer service.

This is a one star store only because it cannot be less on Yelp. Have been here several times because this is where the insurance says go, but this has got to be the WORST CVS in the United States. They cannot seem to understand what their job is. It is to provide medications as prescribed by a physician. Certainly not to violate any rules, but they are here to provide a service and customers should not have to explain on multiple occasions what they are trying to receive when the prescription is called in by a physician's office. The blonde, I guess, pharmacy tech who appears to be in her 50's has got to be the rudest woman I have ever met. She is just plain impossible to deal with and very inept at her job. Example, walked in to pick up a prescription called in by the doctor. CVS had sent a text stating they had the prescription and when it could be picked up. Went to the store to get it and asked for it. The blond lady asked if we wanted to actually get it filled. My initial impulse was to say no, I paid for a doctor visit just to see if you would get a prescription but I restrained myself and said yes. I added that there were two prescriptions and she said responded with she couldn't deal with one prescription because she was too busy dealing with the first one. Then she said we would have to talk to the Pharmacist. The pharmacist was nice, polite and professional and advised that she could fill the prescriptions but that it would take a while. Advised the pharmacist that we would come back the next day (today) and pick them up. The pharmacist stated that would be fine. Well today, a different pharmacist was there, but the same rude blonde was there and had to go through the whole thing over again and endure her nasty attitude yet again. Not sure what she did before her CVS gig but I suspect she was terminated from being a debt collector because she was too rude. I am moving my records to another pharmacy. Heck I will pay to never have to deal with that blonde POS again. Just FYI the prescriptions were for nothing good, just basic stuff.

not really sure what others are talking about having such a terrible experience with the pharmacy. i’ve been coming to this pharmacy for over a year now & i’ve never had any issues. the ladies have always been friendly & helpful. the store is neat and organized as well as easy to navigate.
