This is not a Hotel- this is a Motel. I had booked my stay with Priceline thinking I was getting a great deal. Well- 11/18/23 I was only there less than an hour and saw a drug transaction in broad daylight go down in front of my kids and I while another guest was dazing out falling on the floor. Looks like they live there- as there was kids running around and the people were in pajamas at 4pm. The rooms smelt like mold and the sheets had stains on them. Let alone the dried blood spots in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to advise them of how unsafe it was for me and the kids- and he just looked at me like I was clueless. I asked for a refund and they refused since I got my reservations from Priceline. Priceline didnt even refund me after my complaints. I ended up spending more money getting a different hotel because I did not feel safe. This is NOT a WYNDHAM- this is a drug hotel.

My first stay since it changed from Clarion to Days Inn.Had a great stay and really felt like the place and the management is better. They try to make the place and the rooms more comfortable - new beds (slept amazing)....new 'bathroom furniture'.Good value for money!

I was really worried about this hotel from the reviews but I was really happy with my stay. It’s way better than other hotels of similar price. My room was clean and everything was working. Even the fan in the bathroom worked which is one of the small things I notice when it comes to the maintenance of a hotel. I loved how bright the room is, not feeling like a dark roach motel. I stayed 2 nights and the second day the housekeeping swooped into my room when I was gone for less than 10 minutes and cleaned it up and refreshed everything, I didn’t even notice at first because I was gone for only a few minutes, I really appreciated it.

Listen, after the front desk attendant gave us our keys they explained to us they have a STRICT no smoking policy for their rooms. If the smoke alarm goes off in your room it's an automatic $400 charge! BUT they told us they have designated smoking areas outside where you can smoke WHATEVER you want. That's what they said. So it was cool to be able to smoke outside without being paranoid about it. We definitely appreciated it!??

The facility was clean all around. The room was inviting, nice, clean, and updated. The bed was very comfortable. The tiki was closed while I was there. The pool was nice and sparkling, but it was too cool for anyone to swim. The location was great, but not many places to eat or drink after dark (10pm everything closed). I felt very safe as a solo travler. Disliked · The pillows were thin. The ice box lid was disgusting and dirty.

Very poor customer service, domestic fight broke out, lack of sleep, lOur stay started off with us tired after long drive. We checked in around 8pm only to hear the neighbors through the thin walls. We wanted to sower and get some rest before having to get up very early for business event that we were in town for. There was 3 of us registered and found only two small towels. Called to front desk for more towels and told someone would bring some. After 30 minutes no one had came. Called back asked again. Waited again…. Still no one came Called back third time and was told room service had ended and no one to bring towels we would have to come to front desk to get them, but girl was getting off shift and would bring them in a few minutes. Finally got towels and was going to start showers when a fight broke out in the next room between a man and woman. After it getting really heated we called back to front desk and told about fight, didn’t know if we should call police or what. Was told they would take care of. Employee showed up to their door within a couple minutes then police showed up. We called the front desk and asked to be moved to a different room was put on hold. The third time calling and asked to be moved because we didn’t feel safe to stay in the room in case the man came back with a gun or something, we were told both people were being removed from the room. Finally after 3 hours at 1am of the whole disturbance the people finally got all their belongings and left with the police. We asked the manager what they could do for us for the disturbance and he told us to go to sleep and he would talk to us in the morning and hung up the phone. Upon checking out we told the woman at the front desk about the night before and we only got a couple hours of sleep because of the whole situation. We asked what they could do to compensate us for the major disruption. She didn’t say a word, she picked up her calculator and then proceeded to say she refunded the $100 deposit (which we would get back anyway) and took of $16.79. That’s it? WHAT A JOKE! No concern or compassion. She states those people had been there 3-4 months and she didn’t know what happened? It was not our fault we asked to be moved at the beginning of the whole thing and was ignored. We were so tired and had a long day ahead of us and a long drive home that night. It ruined our whole trip!

This is not a bad place to stay but it's definitely overpriced for the quality of the rooms. Our room was clean but is very old and the air conditioner made loud noises all night long. The lobby, while clean has a very damp and old smell. I'm not saying I would not stay here again but it definitely would not be my first choice. I was very surprised by the $100 deposit that was required. This should be advertised when the room is booked. They did return my deposit immediately upon checking out although they said it could be a few days before the credit showed up.

We stayed at the Inn a few nights ago checking in around 9 p.m. Opened the door to the room and was immediately greeted by a smell of dampness. The light switch at the door did not work so I had to feel my way into the room. Besides the dampness - many fixtures had rust on them. Electrical items were nonfunctional (hair dryer, bedside lights). Cracks in the wall with black stains around the vent. You also are lulled to sleep by the sound of passing trains in the night (what a joy). They collect a $100 security deposit (refundable on check out). They should give you a $100 to stay there.I checked the pictures of the rooms on their website prior to booking. They sure don't look like mine.Needless to say - we won't be using their services in the future.

Easy access to where I'm working lots of air traffic. Front desk lady was so nice & helpful. She smiled made eye contact & even responded with your welcome when I thanked her. Down side room smells awful like wet dog & stinky work

State of Emergency hurricane Ian. Charged $400 pet cleaning fee, which I think is unrealistic especially emergency. They need refund my $ with s room that was not updated, smelled, dirty, the walls are thin as paper hearing your neighbors talk and TV., stains on ceiling. I took pics. No elevator and I can barely walk up/down stairs. Thus definitely is “NOT” a Wyndham standard. Would have left but no other rooms due evacuation for hurricane. I do not recommend and will never stay here again! And the room prices do not justify type room. Wish management call me and not manager at this one! Higher up! They need to close this place down.
