In ordering the shaking brown sugar expresso, I noticed a charge of $1.15 added to my bill for oatmilk. Something I don't even care about, didn't ask for. A new way of charging us more money. A very deceptive way. This is wrong and false advertisement. I would think illegal.

IT'S 6AM. THERE ARE NO CARS IN DRIVE THROUGH AND NO CUSTOMERS IN THE LOBBY. THREE GIRLS IN THE BACK TALKING. ONE SAYS, "WE ARE NOT OPEN IN THE LOBBY. GO TO THE CAR WINDOW." TALK ABOUT RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I WAS ABOUT TO PLACE A VERY LARGE ORDER BUT NOT NOW.
