I should have read the reviews before I place my order. What everybody else is saying is true. They do not answer their phones. It's very upsetting. Terrible business. I've tried contacting corporate and they told me I need to contact this store here in Stuart. They do not answer their phones. I had ordered some flowers for my sister's birthday and I put her work address down. Come to find out she does not work there and the flowers were delivered there so my sister technically did not receive the flowers. Now I want my money back. I can't get a hold of anybody. I've called corporate and they told me that I need to contact the store which nobody is returning my calls. I've emailed them multiple times. I want my money back. It's a crappy place. I will never order through this company again. I just want my money back so that I could take that money and get my sister something nice for her birthday. That's all I want. Somebody please help me

You'll regret the decision to use this place. I order on Tuesday for delivery on WedNewsday. Its Saturday and it's not delivered, nobody answers the phone at the store and I've emailed customer service 2x no response and I've called the customer service phone # and nobody has answered or called back. Don't do it

If I could give 0 stars I would! My delivery was scheduled for a Saturday and a lady from the store contacted me and said the delivery truck broke down. I was very accommodating and said she could change the delivery date to the following date. Sunday came no delivery and no one is answering the phone. I called corporate and they can’t get in touch with this location either.

Terrible store. they turn people away if you walk in to buy. They do no answer the phone. they fail to make deliveries and then fail to issue correct refunds. They fail to pay their employees, it has been over a month and still no pay check. The Owner has not reached out after multiple phone calls and texts.

This store has Irresponsible management. They get orders on time for delivery before 7:00pm on that date and they just leave without getting them done and then there's never a manager to handle or return a phone call. The people that pick up are always employees that have no supervision and cannot correct issues. This store is one of the worst Edibles I've ever ordered from. They should not even be in business with the customer service they provide.

I would give this no stars if possible. My son ordered an arrangement for me for Mother's Day. He was told it couldn't be delivered Sunday. He said that's ok, deliver Monday it's my parent's anniversary. He ordered 2 XL chocolate covered strawberries along with the arrangement. It arrived on Wednesday. The delivery person told me it was stressful getting the arrangement to me. Not Happy Mother's Day or Happy Anniversary, or sorry this is late. I unwrapped the fruit and discovered it to be rotten, the melon was brown, the strawberries were mush and tasted awful. We threw EVERYTHING away except two plain strawberries. The XL strawberries were not even included.
Rude delivery and rotten fruit.

If I could give zero starts I would. I purchased over $200 for Mother’s Day. It has been over a week. The store never answered one of my multiple calls or gave a call back even after leaving a detailed voicemail. I filled out a customer inquiry and never received a response. Requested a refund and never received that either. Completely awful service. I’ve used Edible Arrangements in different locations and never had an issue. Save your money and your time.

This location in stuart and the whole company of Edible Arrangements is AWFUL!!! If you want to just give away $160 for no Arrangements and to never get you're money back, then this is the place for you. They don't want to return our phone calls and when we could get ahold of anyone they blame you for them having to do their job and deliver. This was a mother's day present that we ordered well ahead of time and never was delivered and now that it's past mother's day they still HAVE NOT DELIVERED and REFUSE TO GUVE US OUR MONEY BACK. I am pissed and now starting to wonder if legal action is needed. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR LOCATION AGAIN AND WILL TELL OTHERS TO NEVER COME HERE. Edible Arrangements I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Tried calling a few times on Friday (no one answered) before Mothers Day before leaving a message asking for a call back. When I did not receive that call, I called again the first thing Saturday morning. They answered this time but said they cannot take anymore orders for Mother’s Day. Before I could even ask about delivery for Monday afternoon instead I was hung up on. I would not recommend this business.

This store does not answer the phone and does not deliver like their advertising states.

This is completely false advertising. I had purchased from EA on 5/9. After calling the store and leaving a voicemail on the morning of Mother’s Day, I never heard back, just like the other reviews state. At 3pm, I decided to order an uber to pick up and drop off my $100 order. Zero communication from the property. Thankfully, the Uber was able to get the job done and helped me with my order.
The uber driver even reported that they had no idea what they were doing in there when he went to pick the flowers up with my order number. I am glad that the bouquet ended up being beautiful and similar to the photo.
Don’t waste your time or money on a very unprofessional, unorganized and uncommunicative business.

If i could put no stars I would!!!! I ordered for my parents anniversary and was promised a certain date and time. When I went to pick up my order they were NOT EVEN OPEN!!!!! It is now 3 days later and when they finally answered the phone after I called and left multiple messages they told me my order wasn't even in the system!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!!!!!!!

We ordered a $122 fruit arrangement to be delivered in 3-4-25 and it did not arrive until this morning 3-5-25 all slimy. Delivery driver was too busy to deliver yesterday when we were promised. We called your store three times and were told it’s out for delivery but it never got here yesterday. She advised today that she worked eleven hours and could not deliver in the dark. We expect full refund!!
