The Enterprise car rental experience was positive, with friendly staff and efficient service. However, the vehicle had a strong cigarette smoke smell, which affected our trip which we addressed the issue ourselves with air fresheners, and upon returning the car, we notified Enterprise promptly but this was the only rental they had available to supply for our weekend trip.
Despite the smell, we’d consider renting from them again but would check the vehicle before driving off the lot more thoroughly.

We rent cars every two months for my wife to travel out of state for 3-4 weeks to visit her mother and take her to Dr appointments. We have been doing this for the last 3 years.
The cars are always clean, comfortable, and dependable.
We always reserve the "you pay We chose" program. Augie and his staff are AWESOME, always very courteous and professional while very personable as "family."
On the trips we have occasionally has issues with the equipment and the Enterprise network has been wonderful to get us back on the road without exception in a timely manner. You guys are THE BEST!

When I rent cars, which is on average about once a month I always try to use Enterprise located in Stuart, FL. There selection of cars is pretty good and I usually get the car I was looking for, with the exception of this time. I was looking for an Audi A5 or similar and they didn’t have anything available (customers didn’t return cars when they were supposed to) . That is the only reason they got 4 stars. Other than that everything was great. The Enterprise representative, who goes by”G” did everything he could to make my experience positive, which at the end of the day it was. Thank you to “G” and the rest of the team at Stuart Enterprise, it’s because of you and your service, that’s why I keep coming back.

Reserved on the app, at pick-up…was driving away in 10 minutes.
The associate helped me to inspect for preexisting damage, none…very professional.
Drop off very quick.
Rented premium class, practically new, Toyota Crown, with platinum trim package.(Lexus ES equivalent)
Very pleasant drive and rental experience!

I have rented a car from this facility many times and have always been treated well. The courteous and professional manner in which I am treated is a welcome experience, I could not ask for more. There have been times where they have accommodated me above and beyond what could have been expected. From the manager to the staff I am always well taken care of.

Augie was very kind and helped me get a rental for the right price. However, they tried to give me the wrong vehicle, charged me $50 more than the agreed upon amount and got my return date wrong, but out vacation ended up ending a day early so I didn't complain. Enterprise is still always my go to rental company because they are easier and kinder to work with than their competitors.
