I was given a car that had been smoked in. Because of the fragrance they used and the windows being down I didn't realize until early the next morning. When I called the next morning, the office told me to take it to any enterprise and they would trade the car in for me. I spent time and money on my trip going to two separate enterprise locations, neither of which would trade the car in for me. When I called and spoke to manager Augie, he said I should've told them it was a mechanical issue. I called several times since my return and left messages for manager Auggie-he never returns calls. All of my belongings smelled like smoke-it was disgusting. This location refuses to remedy the situation and stress it caused my son and I.

I rent a lot due to my business with National and Enterprise.I found Kumer customer service in the Stuart, Florida office professional and outstanding.Kumer was very courteous and detail-oriented. He is an asset to Enterprise.The vehicle was clean and drove well.Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I requested 1 type of car because I didn't know how long my repairs would take. I get there & they changed it to a svu because "your insurance will cover that, you'll just have to pay taxes" um, that's not what I reserved. Am hour and a half later I get a sedan, still an upgraded model & "it's just been cleaned" later on after the windows have been up all day, it reeks of weed. Now they won't return my calls or switch the vehicle. Anyone know a good lawyer?

I always have a great experience renting at this location. Alex, Charles and Jake always exceed expectations. This last rental Charles handled my check in and return. The lobby was full but moved quickly, someone was complaining, and Charles politely calmed them down. Charles made sure my vehicle was on time, clean and ready. When I returned my vehicle, it was after closing time and instead of being annoyed, Charles asked how my trip and vehicle was, if I wanted anything to drink or if I needed a ride even though all the drivers had already left. Amazing service.. Charles is fantastic from check in to return and is always willing to go above and beyond with a positive and professional attitude. I can rent anywhere but choose Charles, Jake and Alex over any airport or off site-location and this is always my first and only rental choice. Thank you Charles and team for another great experience.

Excellent service from pickup to return. The pickup was effortless; I did have a short wait while the rental agent addressed a really difficult customer who kept trying to renegotiate his contract- The agent was professional!I had to return the car early as both of us tested positive for Covid and had to cancel our trip, I called ahead and they made arrangements for me to drop the car in the parking lot, they promptly processed it and even asked if I needed a ride. And the return agent service was excellent; also I have rented here before, I will rent here again.

I have used this place in the past and no problems, but the last 2 times, I reserved specific vehicles needed for an occasion, and both times, they did not get what I needed. They do not inform you until you show up. This last reservation, I reserved an F150 or similar. Since the place is only 1.5 miles from my house, I like to walk there vs. be picked up. I show up just to find out that the "full-size truck" is in service and will not be ready for 45 minutes. A call would have been nice. They want to be accommodating by fitting me into a Tacoma, which wasn't going to work for this occasion in needing a "full-size truck". So I decided to wait 45 minutes. I walked back home, now 3 miles of walking, to wait. Almost 2 hours after I originally showed up, I got a call stating it was being washed up and will be ready. I show up after, again walking 1.5 miles ( yes I know I can be picked up but they didn't offer on the phone this time knowing I walked) just to see a beat-up Nissan Titan not washed appropriately and all 4 tires practically bald with plates from Louisiana. The person checking me into the vehicle was professional about my frustration in this whole ordeal and stated this was all they had, I responded, stating that it wasn't about the truck itself, but the whole fiasco of waiting 2 hours from an original pick-up time of 12 noon for reservation, that wasn't ready, the set of unsafe tires and still willing to rent out to a customer, and the lack of management care or common sense concern to know this wasn't right to rent out. I had used some points available from my account to aid in the rent cost. The original staff (except for the person who was checking me into the vehicle) behind the counter showed no concern, nor did they take the time to make it right after me having to cancel the whole reservation. As I expressed, the only one person who cared that the truck was not safe was the person checking me out from the reservation. I am sure this place has its strong customer base based on its location, but the staff needs some tutelage on customer care and safety. Maybe sometimes get your face out of the computer and address the customer directly. Wish I took pictures of the tires. Good luck with this place, unless they change some of the staff you won't see using this place again.

Renting from the Stuart Enterprise is as good as it gets. I have made numerous reservations here. Everyone is always super friendly and professional. They create a wonderful atmosphere and put everyone at ease. I'm happy to give my highest recommendation.

Excellent service and very nice vehicle delivered for my 24-hour rental in Stuart FL. They also were prompt in picking me up and dropping me off at a local marina where I was staying. As far as Enterprise branches are concerned, they exceeded expectations, particularly with respect to customer service, thank you again.
