We arrived at the facility just 10 minutes before closing, not expecting to get a space but hopeful to get some information and we would come back. Todd went above & beyond answering question after question after question with patience and complete professionalism. Even when we said we would come back because it was after hours & time for him to go home he insisted we feel comfortable and have all possible information to make a decision about renting a space for our RV. Todd walked us around the facility, explained how everything worked, how all the Extra Space facilities work together to achieve the best option for their customers and even went through what spaces were available “locally” at their facilities nearby. Saying we had a wonderful & fabulous experience is an understatement! If you need to find “extra space” for storage, DEFINITELY consider Extra Space Storage’s facilities & with luck you might get to have Todd help you!!!
ps…our new RV has a space to call home when we’re not traveling!! THANKS TODD!!!!

Good afternoon everybody my name is Dino I'm in Jensen Beach Florida and I just want to give a shout out to the guys at extra space storage Doreen and JD they've been so extremely helpful I have had problems with my luck they replaced a lot for free I've had storage issues they came back when I left my keys inside great personality for both of them very friendly clean air conditioned no problems getting in and out so if anybody's looking for a storage place before you go to any other competition come check out extra space storage US1 Jensen Beach Florida and ask for those two people dynamic friendly professional organization

Very clean and well kept facility. Staff is great. We recently moved to a smaller unit and JD found us a unit on the same floor to ease the transfer.
They are transparent with pricing, no bait and switch - price is the same at the office as on the internet.
