Katie was just wonderful!! She was very friendly, answered all my questions & so helpful in so many ways. As you know when you are a senior you have a lot more questions to ask!! My decision to store my belongings in a very clean, friendly environment was quick. Move in day was very easy. I definitely recommend the Kanner Hwy location .

Doreen and Katie are the Dream team. Both ladies have helped me with any questions I've ever had.Nice and clean facility, Katie is very professional and courteous, she made everything easy and simple for me to rent a couple units while we renovate our home.On another occasion I was dealing with Doreen. I was greeted with a friendly smile, she addressed my question, explained everything in detail. Extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, friendly. Gives me a great feeling to use this storage because I know that the staff is wonderful and knowledgeable.I've been storing my stuff here for a while now and if you're looking for a storage, this is your place.
