The staff here is absolutely amazing. This is my second time renting from them. The first time when I decided to go camping for an extended period of time and this time renting from them due to moving in with my boyfriend to finish out his lease until we move into a bigger space. Each time the service has been hands-down phenomenal. I highly highly recommend.

This company claimed to have given me a promotional rate and went up 40% on my bill after 4 months! Over $100 in one month. After you store all your stuff in a unit, your only recourse is to move again. I was not aware of the rate change. It’s just a shame that a company would be this unscrupulous and underhanded. I will never deal with them again or any company like this. The people who work here have no authority to deal with any problems that arise. All other facts aside, to go up $100 on a $245 monthly rate is just absurd! I have reported them to BBB.
After another attempt at raising my rent, I’ve finally moved all my things out of Extra Space Storage. Good riddance. I would use a small local storage next time.

Doreen was so helpful yesterday when i got locked out of my unit. She was on site to help me get back up and running. The facility is super clean and I highly recommend getting a storage unit here.

I have never had to get a storage unit before and didn’t know where to start! From the first call the company to the local facility, it was seamless. They were helpful, knowledgeable, personable and kind. Doreen at the Stuart location got me the best deal she could and actually cared. Thank you! We are a couple weeks into renting a space and look forward to more.
