I am on my second car from EZPAY and would not hesitate to buy another car from them in the future. I did have a little problem with the car and they went out of their way to correct the problem to my satisfaction. The easy car manager is Bill who has been nothing but helpful and has earned my complete trust. I recommend anyone that needs a used car to go to easy pay. You won’t regret it. They’ll take care of you. They’ll take care of the car. I couldn’t be happier with them.

Michele and Tina were amazing in my car buying process! With my bad credit and me being a young driver I struggled finding a car I could get approved for, my mom and nana both swear by ez pay so thats where i decided to go and i am not disappointed. 3500$ down and i walked out with a beautiful vehicle. after being sold a lemon from a different local dealership (cough cough victory auto) they did right by me and the car runs like a beauty, 1 owner! beautiful interior and exterior and a full inspection before i left the lot they even offered if anything were to happen i buy the part they fix it with it being a sold as is vehicle not alot of places offer that so big shoutout to Bill the owner! . I will definitely be coming back and bringing all my family friends. give those ladies a raise theyre awesome!

We have had several very good experiences with Wallace EZ pay. My daughter has taken people there three different times. Bill, Gene, Michelle, and Tena have all been very good to work with.
Most recently, we were there purchasing a car for myself. This time, we worked wirh Bill, Michelle , and Tena. They were so helpful and very honest. We have had a couple of small issues, and they have been very kind, honoring their word, and helping us. I highly recommend them.

I finally understand why people don’t trust car dealers; Bill, the owner of EZ Pay Cars is the rudest, most slick-talking conman I’ve ever met! We went to EZ Pay in August 2023 to get our 19yo daughter her first car and agreed to make the purchase because we were offered a 1 year extended warranty on repairs with the understanding that we would be responsible for purchasing the parts and only labor would be covered; we asked if we would be able to provide our own parts and the response from the salesman Joe was “Yes”. Considering the prices at EZ Pay are higher than most buy here pay here places, we figured it would be worth paying the higher cost to have the peace of mind of having the 1-year coverage. My daughter has made all of her payments on time (and even paid more on some occasions). Fast forward 5 months after the purchase and the transmission is completely gone and needs to be replaced. After having the vehicle towed to the service center (and waiting several days for anyone to look at it even though we had scheduled the appointment weeks before), we were informed that we would need to purchase a new transmission and it could only be from them. We asked about providing our own transmission (since we can get a refurbished one for cheaper) but were told that the contract we signed clearly states we have to purchase the part from them. Since we were only provided the bill of sale and the Carfax report upon purchase, I called EZ Pay to simply request a copy of our contract so I could confirm what I am being told (I am more than happy to comply with anything agreed upon in the contract, but want to make sure we’re all on the same page since we had been told something different in August. Immediately, Bill became defensive and stated “It wouldn’t make sense for me to go back ten months to when this purchase happened and yell at Joe” – I never once suggested or wanted this to happen (and technically, it was five months, not ten). He then follows that up with reiterating the terms of the warranty (12 months, 12K miles); I acknowledged this, but still asked to see it in writing, to which he told me there was nothing in writing because they’re just trying to “help people” by offering this. I then stated that all contracts must be in writing to be valid, to which he replied that “it would take some time” to get this information because “it's buried deep in the contract”. He then made the statement that we “do not have a warranty” and again tried to convince me that they were “doing me a favor”; at that point, I became pretty irate and told Bill that he's not doing me any favors, this is a business deal and we only agreed to purchase a car with them because they offered us a warranty and again requested a copy of our contract. I then stated if this was not resolved, I would have to go to small claims, at which point Bill dismissively stated “Ok, good. I’ll put that down here that that’s what you’re going to do”. I then asked if there was anyone else there I could speak to about this, at which point he told me he was the owner and that was the end of the conversation. So now, they have my daughter’s car and our contract, but no resolution. Real philanthropic of you Bill! Worst company ever!!

I really wish I could give this place 10 stars. Bill is the nicest man . My daughter and I went to this dealership and Bill gave my daughter advice and he's very honest which is hard to find nowadays. Thanks Bill and I can't wait until I need a car again, I'll definitely be going to EZ Pay cars

I was in this establishment today. I wanted to test drive one of their cars. Proceeded to give salesman my driver's license. His response was let's sit down and talk. My response was we do not need to talk, I just want to test drive the car. His response to me was, I need to know if you could afford the car. I was appalled by his response. You never judge a book by its cover. I proceeded to inform him that I was paying cash for the car. His response was you should have said that. You treat everyone with respect who walk through your doors. On my way out the door he asked me why I had an attitude, and that this was a buy here pay here. Really!!! Everyone that visits your store doesn't have a credit or cash problem. The car was for my high school senior. Needless to say I went down the street to another car dealership and purchased her a car (Wallace).
