I see why your Google Reviews only reflect 2 1/2 Starts, you guys suck!! I ran out of gas this afternoon, I went to light my Gas Grill and , guess what no gas, I went and looked at the Propane Tank, and it showed the pointer in the red, less that 20%?? I have automatic service, How can this be??? I called customer service and by the grace of God , and a very nice Delivery Driver, I got gas around 5 pm, thank god for a very nice young former Marine, who would go the extra mile to take care of a customer, So I finally got gas, This never should have happened, but obviously customer Service is not the Hight Point of Ferrellgas Service. I went to my records, and found that the last time they serviced my tank was in June of 2021???? so this is March of 2024?? can you believe it's been almost three years since they have serviced my Propane Tank??? Obviously the folks that are responsible for tracking automatic service, only spend their day looking at movies on their cell phone or texting their friends. I think I'm done with Ferrellgas?? and now I'm blessed with a $2000 Propane bill, lucky me!! Thank You Ferrel Gas!!! You Guys SUCK!!!!

Wish I could give negative stars!Called around 10am, almost 6pm and NO call back and it is about a gas leak! Literally have called a dozen times today! And promises of a call back yet almost 8 hours later NOTHING! WORST COMPANY EVER! After this is fixed(if they ever answer,call back after they do or even show up!) I am seriously looking for a better gas company!

So bad. Can’t even contact the local store anymore. Plus I’m being held hostage since my house came with a “leasing agreement” so no other companies will touch it. Plus they would charge me to come pick the tank up… Sounds like the mafia to me

I am not happy with this company at all. I was new to using propane but service had been set up with them previously. They always tell me that I cannot have a gauge on my tank so I never know how much I have in the tank. They make you pay for a full tank in advance and then hold any balance until your next delivery and then charge you the remainder of that it would take to again fill the tank. The last time I ordered (it had been awhile) but it only took 3 gallons. So with all their fees, they charged me $60 for 3 gallons. And the driver was rude about only needing that amount. He made it clear it was a waste of his time. I haven’t ordered since. I guess I will let the tank run out and then call another company. How much of a fight will it be to get the $120 (or about) that they have been holding on to for many months?

This company deserves ZERO stars. I’m not one to go out of my way to leave a bad review but feel the need to warn everyone to save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs!!!! My husband and I bought a house in September not knowing our tank was leased to Ferrell gas and we’ve had nothing but issues with them. We have a broken gauge that they won’t fix, and when we order and pay for gas have to wait over a week to get the tank filled. How do these people sleep at night knowing they leave their customers high and dry like this???? They want to charge you extra to have it expedited. Once again we are left with no hot water and can’t cook anything. Also we called yesterday and were told we were scheduled for delivery for today and now we are being told that we aren’t on their route for today. DO NOT use this company!

This used to be a great business.. now they are horrible … have to wait 9 days for delivery of a necessary commodity… this is what happens when they buy out all their competitors and create a virtual monopoly

Ferrellgas provides AWFUL service combined with HIGHER PRICES. I've had their service for over 12 years, but now I'm finished doing business with them. I was "fortunate" enough to forget to order gas, (because I didn't auto monitor the gas in the tank) and I had to search yesterday to find another company that could give me an immediate fill. I discovered Ferrellgas not only charges for a Leak INSPECTION FEE due to an empty tank, but also an Emergency SERVICE FEE for an immediate delivery and would take to 1 to 2 WEEKS to deliver gas without paying the extra fee. I got my propane delivered TODAY from ANOTHER COMPANY with NO FEES of any kind and a CHEAPER price. It's unfortunate that I've been paying higher propane prices to Ferrellgas for all these years.

I don't like the fact that the meter rental statement comes separate from the usage statement, but not all the time. I want to pay both charges at the same time and it gets so confusing that it becomes an issue. I have called the company and complained many times and for some reason they say they can't change it. With technology you would think they could fix this problem. Also, I don't know how stars they deserve but I couldn't post without choosing...I guess I'll give them a C.

These guys lied about the delivery, I paid on Monday and I was told by the end of the week I will have the gas. They charged me in full in advance. I called at the end of the week and now they say Wednesday next week unless I pay for the delivery to be expedited. They say that’s how they work….what an extortion ! They are hiding behind the corporate corrupt culture, and have no sense of shame.Find some one else. they are robbing us blind.

Today two technicians arrived from Ferrellgas to connect and install my new gas range. Both were extremely personable, polite, and extremely efficient while performing their tasks. I am very pleased with the entire Ferrellgas team and would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

When and if I receive service I will be prepared to write a review.Your request precedes actual delivery of propane refill service.I suggest you get better customer service software programming in general.Thanks for asking though.
