My fiance and I were on a weekend getaway and something went wrong with the tire as we were driving we still had another hour and a half on the highway. This Firestone location was the closest to us. At 6 30pm we pulled in trying to get assistance and let me tell you, Ronald, Anthony and Cam delivered top notch customer service, they made us feel comfortable, explained what the issue was and fixed it all within closing in 30 minutes of them closing not to mention on a FRIDAY evening. Thank you guys for your willingness and service. We greatly appreciate it.

I had a nail in my tier. Even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon, your fantastic staff was able to get a new tier, and I was on my way in less than an hour!

I had two tires replaced and I didn't wanna break the bank. The quoted price was good, however with the discount, the out the door price was incredible. It was a very busy day, but the deal made the wait time insignificant. Thanks guys

Was leaving from a trip down there when my car broke down. They got me in there very quickly and fixed the problem very quickly so I could get on the road.

Firestone has always been great with customer service and go above and beyond. I just bought four new tires for a reasonably good price. I waited a little longer than expected but that was because that day they were short-staffed. Once completed everything was perfect I would definitely recommend Firestone

I had them put 2 new (Firestone) tires on the front of a used car I bought to match the fairly new rear tires, they suggested I needed an alignment while this was being done.
The car rode much worse after, I took it back to have the tires rebalanced, and still rode worse than off brand mismatched tires.. The alignment was not touched at all, the tie rod ends and other components have road grime and zero signs of tools touching them. Poor products and poor service. Typical Firestone location.

Since your website isn't the best. I walked into the office and requested a appointment to have the blower motor to my a/c and heater looked at. I got an appointment the very next day. My car was looked at and repaired. The workers have the utmost respect are polite and courteous.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Made an appointment for 10:00 AM for a simple oil change. Arrived 15 minutes early and immediately was told that they were backed up. Waited until 11:00 and asked how much longer would it be. I was told I would be the next car. At 11:30 I asked for my keys to my car back as 2 other cars were taken in for service . So much for being next. What was the point of making an appointment. Not even an apology. Went to another business and was taken in 15 minutes. Wasted 3 hours of my time on Firestone and won’t do that again.
