Good food and friendly service but waiting almost an hour for a sushi roll and a wrap is entirely too long.

We arrived before they were technically open for a much needed break. They were great and treated us very well. The dockside setting is very nice and open air. Great hidden gem.

The Fish House Art Center is located on the waterfront of Manatee Pocket, an inland bay in the historic fishing village of Port Salerno. This is such a cool art space. There are 3,000 square feet of studios located in a two story building. Resident artists include a ceramicist, fine art painters, a fiber artist, and a lampwork beaded jewelry artist. Artists studios include Originals Art Studio, Bennet studio, Weaving Studio, Havana Beads, Air BNB, Aya Fiber Studio, and Clay Space. At the studios you can shop and take classes. Small classes have resumed at the Aya Fiber Studio and Clay Space. When you finish perusing the art you can join the Port Salerno Ghost Tour, grab a craft beer or ice cream at the Twisted Craft & Creamery, or dine at the Twisted Tuna next door. I love the concept they have created here. This is a unique stop if you are in the area.
