I had a very good experience with Floors Direct. My daughter had been there and raved about the floors she got and the service. I did not go any further shopping for my floors. I dealt with Chris and he was great. He recommended and sent Luis and Alex over to install my floors. Luis Is really great. He knows what he is doing. He is very professional and always arrived on time. You don’t get service like that anymore. I would definitely use Floors Direct and Luis again.

Joe Sullivan and Alex Campos are an amazing team. Joe helped us pick the best floor for the best price and Alex and his team did an excellent job installing the floors! They are people you can trust to get the job done right!

First experience was exceptional. Major tile replace and install. Second wave to replace remaining rooms was a different story. Although the goal was to use the same tile and grout as was used in the first phase, the grout used was different. The sales rep for some reason entered a different color. We didn’t notice the code difference on the paperwork until it was too late. We ended up having to have the grout painted with a color to match the rest of the house. The installer has to come back three times since his grout painting was done in a very sloppy and hastily manner. Although Floors Direct picked up the cost of the bottle of paint, we never received an outreach from Managment to see if we were satisfied even after reaching out to them. No offer to provide a credit/discount for our troubles and life use of now having a floor that was painted. Make sure you read and compare every detail to avoid this from happening to you. Disappointed.

I’m writing this review 2 months after installation. We are so happy with the material we purchased and the installation by Luis and his co worker. They installed Vinyl planking over tile flooring but only after they ground down the tile in areas throughout our house to ensure all was level. They also installed vinyl planking in 2 bedrooms (they leveled the bedrooms with fiber rock after removing the carpet). Luis was not only conscientious but he was reliable and punctual. They left our house clean before leaving every day. I highly recommend Luis for installation. We also shopped around for material and Floors Direct came out with the best price comparing apples to apples. Thank you to our sales rep Chris. This was a great experience all around!

I will start off by saying Floors Direct did our floors in our new home last year and we were extremely happy. Everything from the in store customer service to the the team of people who did the labor! Loved them.TODAY was a complete DIFFERENT STORY! I need backsplash tile so I went to Floors Direct due to my past experience. I know exactly what I want. My daughter and I were trying to find what it is that I want but it’s hard with the tiles. I went up from to ask for help and the sales guy literally looked at me and said, “YOU CAN LOOK THROUGH JUST LIKE I CAN!” I was appalled. I told him that I know what I want but I thought he might be able to guide me to it. He said nope. Just need to look and disappeared. No further help. When we were leaving I let them know that the sales guy had the worst customer service ever. What a shame. I was ready to buy tile, but I won’t be returning. I’ll make sure ti let everyone know about my experience as well.

Salesman came to my house and I felt like I was buying a car. Didn't show me any comparison of prices. The TV commercial said 333 per room. Well he started at 2700 . When I asked what happened to that 333 pair room? It change to 2200. He had a small tablet he did all his work on , didn't give me any paperwork he sent it to my email charge me 2200 for two small bedrooms second day I decided not to go with them. And they would not give me my like my money back $1100 down payment, till today they still have my money and now I have to go to small claims court.
