RV purchased almost 2 months ago (11/9/24) and title and registration was never transfered by Chesaco RV. Filed a complaint with DMV and the issue was finally resolved. Not worth my time. Avoid.

I bought a motorhome from these folks recently and everybody was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and the transaction went very smoothly. They did everything that they said they would I dealt with Mark Clemente the salesman and he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I also had some dealings with Alex his manager And Chelsea in the service department. All of them did what they said they were going to do did it well and did it on time I highly recommend this dealership.

Highly, highly, highly recommend Chesaco RV. Their service is top notch. They are very accommodating and extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. We had an emergency with our RV, had plans to leave on a week trip and we contacted Chesaco RV an explained our situation. Patrick the Director of Operations was more than helpful and got us into the Service area immediately to help us out. They fixed our RV within 3 hours and we were on our way. This type of service is beyond extraordinary. We will never go to any other RV dealership for our service. Chesaco is the way to go. A big shot out to the service department and their hard work in getting us up and running. Thank you!!

So far I am not favorably impressed. We have just spent nearly 3 weeks and $1,800 trying to fix a problem with the BMPRO control system. Yesterday morning I wrote them a check and brought my motorhome back. When I tried using it at home it was failing exactly the same way it was when I took it over there. I called to see about bringing it back and was told that the mechanic who worked on it was out and they couldn't do anything about it until Monday and they couldn't not deposit my check. I remain optimistic, however, because the director of operations promised they would get to the bottom of it when I get back from my scheduled trip in 3 weeks. I think he is a square shooter.
Back, now from our 3795 mile trip.
As promised, the Chesaco people have worked to get to the bottom of the problem. It is clearly erratic and inconsistent as the touch panel works as intended about half the time. That was experienced throughout the trip and subsequently. Patrick, Dir. of Ops, John, Service Technician, and Chelsey, Service Schedular, have all been terrific trying to resolve it. I have videoed the process to forward to BMPRO.
Throughout the process, I have continued to be able to control the system through the app on my cell phone. It's just the panel that is the inconsistent part of the use. Thank goodness for the app.
It is true, the RV was not purchased through Chesaco as they were not a Thor dealer here in south Florida 3 years ago. We are pleased that they are here now to service our Thor equipment. Give them 5 stars for their help.

We shopped at a dozen other dealerships and what really separated Chesaco, Stuart was the presentation. All of the other dealerships units must have not been weather sealed or something because they looked tired. Brand new ones looked used. The staff are top notch RV pros that know the products they are selling.
We purchased a Venture Stratus travel trailer and couldn’t be happier unless it was free. They even hired an inspection tech from a different shop to give me the run down on the unit. We had gone over it fairly well and like most units on their property, it was put together really well.
They didn’t have any units that were slop, like they were built by beginners. The crew really took their time with us and hooked us up with a fine RV.
We almost skipped them because they weren’t as large as the other dealerships, but that turned out to be a good thing. All of their units appeared cared for and clean. No lot rot as they say.
I highly recommend checking these guys out.

We had been looking for almost 2 years to upgrade our 2017 Class C to a Class A. We found one at Chesaco 2 weeks ago. Alex our salesman was very accommodating when we wanted to see it and test drive. After deciding to purchase the used 2021 Class A, Alex and Caleb, in finance did everything they could to get us the best interest rate and the lowest payment while taking care of paying off our old one. I highly recommend these two guys. They made our buying experience easy!

I came here to look at a camper that was on sale and Mark helped us out and gave us the information we needed. I wasn't pushed to make a purchase, and everything went smoothly. Mark is a funny guy. When we got the rundown for the camper before the delivery, the guy was either too fast or just didn't show too much care as he skipped though a few things and then came back around them later.

A five star experience from start to finish!! After researching many RV dealerships, I found CHESACO is stuart to be the right place. Mark B was very helpful, responsive and went way above my expectations. He was detailing the unit when I came to see it. Clearly not his job but done with pride. The owner Alex was very receptive and willing to assist with all aspects of the purchase. Financing was a breeze with Patrick W. Overall, an amazing experience with awesome customer service!!!
