I really have to say that Ricardo went above and beyond to help me yesterday! He very easily could’ve said “not my problem” but he even went as far as to call another store and ask their advice on how to solve my problem. Give that man a raise and promotion!

Terrible , each manager change has made the store worse. Come here for sarcasm and little to no real help on things when you ask questions. Jensen mall store is much better staffed and run.
