Carolyn the cashier here was so rude to me when I went to go check out which really disappoints me because I Drive allThe way from Okeechobee to come here because I always enjoy it. I found a lot of nice things and was excited to buy my items and she ruined the experience for me afterward with her unnecessary and rude body language and attitude. She was mad at me that my card would not work and gave me an attitude when she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing. She flustered because she is obviously miserable anyway and wanted someone random to take it out on. Don’t be rude to customers and most importantly don’t be rude to strangers because you don’t know what they go through. Always be kind Carolyn.

Have you noticed the inventory at Goodwill stores lately? You use to find deals and nice things but not so much anymore. First off, don’t forget they get their inventory for free. Now they’re looking to increase profits by offering items online. A non profit thrift shop should benefit both the organization and the surrounding communities but by putting items online they’re cutting out the local communities. Do a little research about the annual salary of a Goodwill CEO. I will not be donating to them anymore.

I've been in here a couple times now, last October, 2022 and December 2023.Last October the dressing rooms were not open but I was happy that as of Dec 23 they are open again! Yay! Clean, too! This has got to be the most organized Goodwill I have been to. Things are nicely sorted by color and type. All the clothes I got were $5.99. I got some really great brands, Ann Taylor, BCBG, and a few other nice items.Store was clean and the workers were friendly. Would gladly shop there again!

I don't know why I ever gave this place 5 stars. They are horrible, they treated there staff like garbage. I'm happy I just left them. They refused to give breaks, only schedule shifts where you didn't get a lunch. They allowed other employees to bully other employees, to the point customers complained. Goodwill as a whole is just a scam. None of the money goes back to the programs just the CEOs hand.

I pulled up to the donation drop off with a van load of things for donation. Quickly a woman appeared from the store and said she wouldn't take anything I was pulling out of the van. When I inquired 'what' she wouldn't take and 'why' she mentioned a couple of items but didn't offer a 'why' until further inquiry and then it was still unclear. As a frequent Goodwill shopper and donator I was quite confused. She seemed to have no interest in letting us know what she would accept. She seemed to have no interest in looking through what we did have. I mentioned I had brand new/never used items she didn't seem interested at all. We drove all of the items back to my mother-in-law's place in Rocky Point. We posted online to neighbors that we had free items to get rid of - a van load +. Many people showed up and took most of the items. They were so appreciative and couldn't believe we were giving the items away for free (the same items that Goodwill wouldn't accept). Still puzzled, I am taking all of my donations (and there will continue to be a lot) elsewhere. And I encourage others to do the same.

I don’t get the overpriced reviews there. Prices are way, way better than most of the Miami/Broward stores a hour and a half to the south. Things that I bought for $5 here would be $15 or in the auction website at a Miami store. And that’s without membership, which I would have gladly joined if the job offer I had in Stuart didn’t fell through in the last minute. Very strong housewares section that isn’t really picked through and brands I seldom see in a goodwill anymore. Plus they seem to replenish every 30 minutes. Will try to find a way to stop by this goodwill every-time I’m in town still. 4 stars because I went through the mens clothing section the multiple times I been here and haven’t seen anything that caught my attention or any higher end brands. Marshall’s brands at best. But I think that’s more location than anything as Stuart doesn’t have the Nordstrom’s, Saks and so forth that other stores do.

Lots and lots and lots of "stuff". The store is clean and they sell mostly clothing and some household items. I've not seen any furniture at this location.

Their prices have skyrocketed in recent months. You will find much better prices at the Salvation Army. What sells for $3.99 at Salvation Army sells for $10 at Goodwill.

I hadn't visited the Goodwill in Stuart for quite some time. In fact, I wasn't even aware they relocated from the stand alone building off US1 to the shopping center down the road. The layout was nice: clean and uncluttered with spacious aisles. I very much appreciated this especially shopping with a little guy. The prices were relatively streamlined and not unreasonable. In fact, I stumbled across a beautiful pair of brand-new Michael Kors shoes for $9.99. Unfortunately, these were too big. =(While I didn't have any wins in the lady's department because there wasn't much other than the shoes mentioned above to be desired. I totally scored in the kid's department! The member deal of the day was BOGO apparel, and the kids clothing is only $.99 per garment. Due to the BOGO clothing along with the 25% off discount (on game), I scored all my merchandise for an out the door grand total of $2.89! Say whhhhaaaaat????For $2.89, I purchased the following boys clothing items: a U.S. Polo Association popover, a Polo practically new tee, a Nike track jacket, Baby Yoda pajama pants AND a handheld fish game. This trip was one for the books! Needless to say, the little man was stoked, and that game has kept him busy for hours. I will visit this location when in the area again. Although, I wouldn't make a special trip.
