I was at great clips thurs 9/21 I always go to Charlene she is the best..my sister and many of my friends go to charlene also..
But yesterday I checked in on line and when I arrived there was a one hour wait so l left and came back on time..
The screen with all the peoples names were blank shut off..and names were listed on a white sheet of paper I was suppose to be next and the list was changed and I had to wait another hour
..Shade was the manager handling the list..this is rediculous this is the second time I had to wait 2 hours..
When I was suppose to be next...
Then Charline has to go back and put me back on the list.
Thank you hopefully this can be corrected..

I made the appointment on the app and the waiting time was perfect. My haircut came out great, I am very satisfied. I go to Great Clips all the time when i'm at my second home in Florida.

Went for a first time a while ago and really liked my cut. Decided to go again and had a different stylist, my other one had written notes so I assumed it would be ok. I had said I wanted a tad shorter than my last cut, and she ended up cutting almost all my hair off. Did not realize how bad she messed up my hair until I got home. Still can’t believe I paid for this.

I came in & was told about 70 minutes, I waited anyways. Those two, yes TWO Girls cutting hair on Memorial Saturday.
They took turns knocking out cuts like a champ and did a phenomenal job on me ( will return to see Ashley)
