“Derrick and Mike make the boot camp fun and challenging. I refer to it as the best and worst 30 minutes of my day. Everyone that attends the boot camp classes are supportive and make the class energized. Derrick is also extremely attentive, knowledgeable and motivating during our one on one sessions! I highly recommend 1Fitness!”

“I’ve been an OTF member in PA for over 2.5 years, and I visit OTF Stuart 1-2 times a year when in town visiting family. Didn't get a chance to share in person how exceptional my experience was this past week at OTF Stuart, so I felt compelled to write a review!
I took classes with Coach Shelby, Coach Bret, and Coach Ronnie, and they all brought great energy. The music was phenomenal and I really appreciated the helpful tips and form corrections throughout each workout. The front desk staff was super friendly as well. If you’re already an OTF member and find yourself in the area, I highly recommend dropping in at OTF Stuart! And if you’re just starting or continuing your fitness journey, this studio and OTF as a whole is an amazing place to be.
I’m already looking forward to visiting this studio again over the holidays!”

“This is one of the better PF locations I've seen. Clean, spacious, things aren't disgusting and falling apart. That's why I left the last gym. Most staff has been super friendly, a few have been incredibly rude though when asking questions. They could use a few more benches for the free weight section and mirrors in the side rooms especially where the squat racks are! But there is a solid amount of equipment and tools to use. The tanning beds actually work and are CLEAN!! All in all a very solid gym for a PF price structure.”
“I have been a member of the Powerhouse Gym with my husband for about four months. We absolutely love it. I attend the classes that they have inhouse and we do the machines together. I can’t speak highly enough about how wonderful the people are there, how nice all the machines are, the classes are fantastic, they have wet and dry saunas, nice showers, lockers, etcetera. And I can’t speak enough about the instructor Audrey. She cares about everyone so much and really teaches you what to do and what not to do. I love being a member here!”

“Putting a 5 star review because the variety of equipment and approachable staff. Paddon is always there with a friendly, approachable demeanor. I’ve visited 5 different locations in FL. This is definitely one of the larger ones with a variety of workout rooms.
I do wish that overall Crunch hours on weekends (closes at 7pm) could be later but other locations are like that too.”
