Terrible experience at this store .The woman at the cash register was extremely rude . She did not have the courtesy of even wrapping up my purchase . This was the second unpleasant experience with the same woman .I will not be coming back !

Nice shop, very busy. Only came for furniture, didn't find anything I liked. PLEASE stop with the printed out Ebay comps for items. It is absurd. 1. Two of the printouts I saw weren't even for the same pieces of furniture you were trying to relate them to. You can't say that a cream colored ottoman is worth 500 dollars because you found someone selling a different/newer /designer cream ottoman for that price. 2. Those are asking price you are printing out, not sold prices. They no way reflect the value of an item. 3. You are a thrift store. Your items are in different conditions, often much more worn out than the items you are printing comps for. Please stop doing this dishonest practice. Update: Still doing the ebay printout thing. Found a sideboard I liked today and didn't buy it on principle due to this practice.

What is going on? I used to never leave there without spending money. Their prices are just CUCKOO lately! Come on people, the items are donated and they are sitting there for months because of the ridiculous prices. The ladies are terrific, but the prices are not appropriate for the items anymore.

Horrible experience in this store. My husband, who is a 100% Disabled Veteran was denied a bathroom in this facility. We were told that they didn't have a bathroom. This, of course, is not true since it is hard to believe that employees need to leave the premises in order to use a restroom. I will never go there again!!! So anyone with a medical issue think twice before shopping here.

House of Hope keeps everything so clean, neat, and we'll organized, it's fun to go treasure hunting there. But what they do for the homeless means so much more. I'm going to begin volunteering there.

The lady at the cash register made up the prices as she went, not impressed, especially after it was announced all clothing was half off. Watch your purchases!!

Sometimes a little pricey but lots of sales. They have punch cards for even more savings. Very clean store with good selection.

Looks like a good place but they are never open. Door says 9am and so does their website. You can see workers inside but the doors are locked anytime I have been by.

Been coming here a long time ten years plus purchased a used shirt for $7.00 when I set it down I noticed a small thread coming out of the shirt it was beginning to fray. I asked if they would make an adjustment the gentleman turned towards the older lady and asked if she would do anything without even making eye contact she said no. She didn’t even look at the shirt. It’s a shame that she chose to be a snot about such a small request. I won’t be back to many other options.
