Tell me why my husband and I showed up for our appointment at 6:00PM and the woman doing our taxes told us she didn’t have time to do both because they close at 8:PM when the hours are clearly posted on the door and website OPEN Til 9:00PM.
While doing my taxes she kept getting an error and couldn’t figure out the reason, until I READ IT TO HER! once I explained the error to the “professional” the error was cleared. If she paid more attention to preparing my taxes and less time talking about her political views, we would have had plenty of time.
She rushed through my husband’s return so fast I’m convinced something will be wrong.

They did my taxes this year they put in my checking account wrong. When I called the office the person I spoke to I don't know how they got their information I explained it I filled it out when I went there and double-check my checking and routing number I said you would have that information. There's nothing they can do for me he said even though they messed up great job H&R Block I'll make sure I will never go there

The lady we had was incredibly rude and right at the appointment time of 4pm. The first thing she says is well it’s 4 o’clock and I’m very crabby! To say the least she was extremely unprofessional and RUDE!!

Most unprofessional service I’ve ever had, complained right when I walked in at 4 that hr block had an opening for, don’t schedule if u don’t want to be there , then talked down and rushed everything I was trying to explain, walked out in 10 minutes! Never go back!!
