I recently took my car for service and was shortly contacted by Jennifer in sales who took it upon herself to appraise my car. She explained that this time would be a great time to get a new vehicle. I told her my budget and she assured me that they could get me into the vehicle I was looking at. I asked her to run the numbers before I came in to see her. After the holiday she reached out and confirmed that they would be able to meet my budget and made an appointment for Monday evening. She confirmed the appointment by email. Upon arriving at the dealership Monday evening, Jennifer was not in, she did not show up for our meeting and another salesperson helped me. Only to find out that they could not even come close to my budget!!! Jennifer wasted my time and has me rethinking that if Infiniti condones salespeople lying to get customers in, maybe that is not the car for me.

I had a great experience with this dealership. I was offered a great deal on my trade in. The staff worked hard and diligently to get me a good deal crunching the numbers and made it happen. I unfortunately forgot my salesman's name but, remember him being new to the business. He was terrific!

This was My first visit to this dealership. Very nice first experience. After 2 G35’s, 1 G37S, 2 M45’s, JX35, QX56, IPL Convertible, Q60 Red 400, QX50, QX 80, we know the brand and hope . Daniel was excellent as I wanted to ease into our new home! Now we just need new Sedans and performance option vehicles!
They got out QX50 in and out efficiently!

Jennifer welcomed me as if I were royalty. She explained every detail, parts and labor, involved in a mirror replacement.
I plan to return after the holidays for the repair. When I walked to my car, it had been washed and looked brand new.

The dealership has been great to us, but communication could be better between sales team and service. But service took the initiative and still got us right in even though wasn’t shown on books scheduled.

This review is solely for Jeff Orr in the service dept. I’ve had my car serviced with him for two years even driving from Palm Beach Gardens the first year. He is honest, knowledgeable and always has your best interest as priority. He is the only person I trust in that building.

If I could give no stars I would. I bought my car here 3 months ago, I was sold a bumper to bumper warranty(SO I WAS TOLD), now I'm looking at over 10k worth of repairs. the Sales manager assured me that I had a platinum package and I am covered for repairs, walked me over to the service department and said the same to them. well now that they have my car in service they are singing a different tune. I do not have bumper to bumper coverage and I'm still waiting on the sales team to return my calls. the person who sold me the car and who did my financing no longer works with them!!! THIS SAYS ALOT!!!! I FEEL LIKE I WAS HUSTLED BY SOME DISHONEST PEOPLE AND THEY SOLD ME A BMW THAT THEY KNEW HAD MULTIPLE PROBLEMS!!! THIS IS CRAZY AND VERY UNACCEPTABLE. I've left messages for the sales manager and also the GM of the dealership and still NO CALL BACK!

After negotiating a deal, we were lied to multiple times about why they had to rescind their offer. When I asked why the VIN# of the vehicle we'd agreed on didn't match up, along with other options we were forced to pay for - I asked to speak with the GM. Brandon, the arrogant, insecure manager told me he'd call the F'ing police if I stepped near the GM's office to get answers. Unbelievable, especially with my pregnant wife sitting just a few feet away. After 5+ hours, Josh, the GM was able to calm him down and we made a deal. Going forward, we'll avoid this location at all costs. This is precisely why buying/leasing cars is so dreaded.
