I have never used a courier service before, and I didn't know what to expect, but the experience with Interstate Express was 5-star all the way around! Robin and her team were so kind and easy to work with. The item arrived from across town faster than I could have expected. What a great service! Highly recommended.

Interstate -- and Robin -- are fantastic. It was a Saturday when I first realized I needed help. I was able to speak to someone right away and eventually work out a delivery plan to put into action first thing Monday morning. Robin and her dispatcher were courteous, kind, responsive, just fabulous to work with. I am so grateful to have found Interstate and I highly recommend them!

Interstate Express was outstanding and remarkably helpful. I had a document due with a clear deadline. After FedEx failed to deliver when they promised they would, I scrambled to find an alternative. Interstate Express went above and beyond to help make sure I was able to get a copy of the document delivered on time. They were exceptionally responsive, professional, helpful, and reasonably priced. I recommend them highly.
