Over the years i have bought many appliances from Jetsons - washer/dryers, dishwashers, a microwave, refrigerator, and TV. They are a pleasure to work with. I call Rob Clark, who is fair and knowledgeable. Their sale item prices are comparable to the big box stores, but they stand behind their items. Their delivery and installation people are professional and get the job done quickly and cleanly, and they come when they say they’re coming. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Jetson’s and will continue to shop there for all my appliances.

I recently purchased a front load, washer and dryer for my condo and a GE convection oven from this company and my salesman ED went above and beyond . Very kind man and I definitely recommend JETSONS . I’m adding to this review, December 22 2025. I had a technician named SCOTT come out to do a service call . Scott was very kind , knowledgeable and he’s an employee. I would keep if you were a manager at Jetsons.

New stove delivered and didn’t not work. They agreed to replace it with a different brand and tried delivering a different stove that was the wrong color so they decided to replace it with the same model. I called and was told by the manager that the salesman would call me the next morning. I waited until 1pm and after no call, I decided to call the store. I was told that the salesman was busy so I asked to speak with a manager and was told he was busy as well and that one of them would call me back. I never received a call from either one of them. Very disappointed!
I wanted to follow up on my previous review. The manager (Nick) reached out to me to resolve my issue. Nick was very helpful as well as transparent on what steps would be taken to resolve the issue. He followed up numerous times to make sure I was well informed. The new stove was replaced with a different brand as discussed and the problem was resolved.
Thanks Nick for making this right. You earned the respect as well as the business of a customer who was very disappointed!

Very professional organization.
Fair pricing and cordial staff. Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable.
The delivery Team was beyond cordial and effective.
I recommend this store for all appliances needs. We bought a Refrigerator and have a history of other appliances purchases.

Nick at the stuart location was amazing! He took the time to walk me around the store and explain each of the products!
Picking out appliances and brands are not my forte, but he made sure to lead me in the right direction!

I do not recommend Jetsons. We spent over $5k at their store over a month before we moved into our new house. It was a refrigerator and a washer and dryer. A few days before the scheduled delivery I made sure we were good to go and they said yes. Then they called me and realized they never ordered the dryer. The dryer took over a week and a half to be delivered to my home. Jetsons did nothing to make it right. All they said is this happens all the time. Then when they finally got the dryer they send the delivery and installation guy and they fail to tell him that the dryer is going upstairs, so he was not equipped to bring it upstairs. Again Jetsons said this stuff happens all the time. I am extremely disappointed in them. Would never recommend buying an appliance from them.
